Ok when Bo and Rex was back in 1968

Asa(aka Bo) did not sleep with Emma but Bo (aka Rex) did

dose this mean that Bo is the father of David Vickers?

Possibly. I was thinking yesterday if REX was David's father. That would be crazy, because David is 20 years older than Rex. But think about it, it WAS Rex who slept with Emma, in a way.
