Either way, Adianna's an idiot and unworthy of even a wretch like Tate. How quickly she forgot that Rex is usually right about the "danger" he senses. Last time she didn't listen to him she almost got raped and/or killed. Stupid twit. I hope Rex doesn't take her back when this is all over. |

I still think tate is 2nd generation OPP. Taterpop is the one who is deep into hate and tatertot is just a follower trying to please the big spud! He came to town afer tate professed his love on the view to a latino. I'm sure he also is not crazy about the gay thing with rex. I think tate likes adrianna even though pop is not too keen on it. |

I think that Tate is using her to cover what he really is there for...his father maybe the head leader of it, but Tate certainly goes along with it...he is a user. and Adriana...I hope Rex makes you wait for him this time..she is a beautiful girl, but just does not trust Rex enough..he has street smarts and knows when something is not right |

Do we KNOW his father is? Just a twist here, but what if his father ISN'T OPP and has been trying to get his son out of it? Perhaps he once was and now isn't in OPP anymore. All these fires and attacks happened, and THEN the connection to OPP was brought out and THEN Tate's dad showed up. Maybe he knew his son was the one doing these things and came back to try to talk him out of them. Perhaps the reason he doesn't turn his son in is because of feeling guilty for starting him into it. Or perhaps Tate's dad IS mixed with something other than white and Tate found out later. He did say he was ashamed that his fathers blood was in him. I realize that these are a lot of "perhaps" and "maybes", but I just don't think this storyline is as cut and dry as it may appear to be. There is definite friction between father and son here. They are not completely on the same side. So which is which?

Oooh, I disagree with you Gurl! Never liked Tate from the beginning. Sure, he's a pretty boy, but very condescending and fake. I think OLTL has realized he has a following and they are going to try to make people sympathize with him by introducing his terrible childhood without parental guidance. I don't think Dad is really OPP, but is feeling rather guilty for ignoring his child. Say, wouldn't Dad and Roxy make an excellent couple? Sounds as if they are both cut from the same cloth. Just my Opinion!

Tate is definitely stronger on this than his Daddy. Tate has a very hard edge and I believe he is using Adriana (most beautiful but dumb) to get back at her family for the mix. Don't believe he has any interest in her other than using her for his own interests. |

Here's a good storyline for you. Suppose the writer's had a woman come out of Kirk's past and she was Black or Latino. Suppose Tate's dad, Kirk, left Tate to fend for himself because he fell in love with the woman and started another family. Tate became upset and joinrd OPP. I think that woyuld be great and a hellava way to expose Tate. AAdriana is really playing the Bimbo in this s/l. She needs to hurry up and get a clue. |
