Amy,

If Mitch is alive, isn't he technically still married to Dorian?

If he's alive, doesn't Llanfair's ownership revert back to him? How about the Banner? Isn't that his property too? If I am correct, Jessica inherited everything and then she gave it all back to Viki or sold it all to her for a dollar. Am I wrong?
