I may be in the minority but I'm sick of the constant gay/lesbian storyline. I guess it's not popular to say you're not pro gay marriage so the writers are bombarding us with Viki and Dorian and their support for gay marriage, even going as far as having Dorian "marry" a lesbian. I'd have more respect for the writers if they had one of the candidates saying that she's NOT for gay marriage. Guess that's not the chic viewpoint right now.

I wouldn't be surprised if the writers resurrect Daniel Colson for the gay s/l's! OLTL should have both sides instead of being "politically correct" to make people pro gay. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Thank you. That's what I was trying to say. Instead of having both candidates have opposing views the writers are having them on the same side to be politically correct with the current times. And the gays and lesbians should be disgusted with what Dorian is doing. She's trying to win votes by living a lie. Oh wait, isn't that what ALL politicians do?

I agree. They are going to the extreme with the whole gay/lesbian thing. And Dorian's marriage to aMELia is really just shameful. I was hoping they would pull off the gay storyline tastefully. Oh, well. Can't have everything. Dorian is totally see-through, and this will blow up in her face like always. It just sad that the writers are giving us gay characters as conniving and deceitful as Nick and Amelia. Also, Nick and Kyle "getting married" so suddenly is really not all that unheard of. I've known plenty of gay guys that start calling their boyfriends husband or lover mere weeks after meeting them. It's almost typical for us to rush into things.

Well to be honest I don't care for the s/l. Im a femaile who likes men. So I don't want to watch any of that. For those of you who do like it, Im happy for you to have s/l you can relate too. But me I don't. and imo there is nothing wrong with that!! Thank goodness there are other shows to channel surf too when all that stuff is on.

I just wish the storylines weren't always PSAs. That gets on my nerves.


I actually find Dorian/Amelia story interesting with potential, but it's being poorly executed. The only thing that would make this story break is to have Dorian actually share some real talk with Amelia, or have them fall for each other.

For those against the gay storyline or gay marriage being pushed in your face, just replace the words inter-racial marriage with gay marriage and listen how the bigotry sounds. All American should be equal with equal rights.
