Unfortunatly, there are still people that believe a person should be with someone of their own race or religon and being gay is against god's teachings. Everyone deserves to be loved! Everyone is someones' child.

I knew that Mrs. Fish was gonna say something about Layla being black it was written all over her face before she even said it. they were both surprised when they looked at her.I didnt think they were rude. just very conservative, old fashioned. still stuck in the 1930s or something. I think that was the time ppl didnt mix together. well I liked Laylas comeback. about how her mother wasnt too happy when she brought home a white guy. Cristian was just sitting there in the background just kinda amazed I guess. like hoping they werent gonna say something about his hispanic orgin. If they did I would have been really pissed off!!!!
