Please don't make people who are Christians out to be bad because we know it is wrong. I love my children and will always be there for them but I pray I raised them to believe in God and his word. Anyways I needed to give up the soaps I have better thngs to do with my time so this made it really easy. It was the last soap I did watch. I guess it isn't for the fans who have always been there. And yes I still was my children to believe in Christ and some things are wrong just like adultry is wrong even if socity accepts it. I am glad the Lady who played Chris's mom quit instead of saying what the writers wanted. The character would not have turned her back on her God to accept what goes against him. And if she can leave the show for her belief I can stop watching. Please don't say I am wrong for using my freedom of speech that my husband, brothers and uncles and aunts have served in the military to give me this right and my right to believe in my Jesus. I think the hour I spent watching the soap I will spend with my children.

I am a woman of color, what I don't like about the story is putting Race, (by-the-way, God made me the color that I am), with the gay story-line. And, Pleeeeeze, don't say that God made them that way, because if that were so, My Lord would not say that it is an Abomination. It's a shame that just because I'am a Christian, and extremely Blessed to be, that we are considered to be bigots. Now as far as the father being a racist, that is of course left to ones own interpetation. I think that he was just suprised. Ya'll, (you all), did notice that they were still willing to go to dinner. I need to mention that I'am also from the South, and believe me if they were really racist, I, G-U-A-R-A-N-T-E-E, DINNER, isn't a place they would want to take them. Unless you are Christian, you will never understand what JESUS is about. "So be it" |
