Amy question about carlotta vega recast

Amy I adore the actress saundra santiago who is taking over the role of Carlotta Vega. BUT wait a minute she was Isabella Santi Antonio's birth mother years back. How can these writers have cast her has Carlotta it makes no sense and I am going to miss the heck out of Patrica Mauceri But I just don't see how they could do this???

Hi,

Yes, Saundra did play Antonio's biological mother... However, everything that I can comment on, in regards to this recast, I've listed in the News Room at:

I do know that like Patricia, who we didn't get to see much, Saundra will only be appearing in a handful of epsiodes, so far...
