I can't believe that she is getting off after her kidnapping and running away.

Her parents are rich and Jessica did not know what she was doing. Lol...Jess/Bess/Tess mess...lives on.

If only I could lead the life of Jessica Buchannon. Screw up and have way out.

I know , it's ridiculous, she never gets into any trouble!
she is "sick" but yet the courts let her raise her child!

HOWEVER, You do bring up a good point. I would think a trip back to St. Anne's would be warranted at least for a little while.

The doctors said Jessica's alters were intergrated once before and "wallah" it happened again. Her alters took over. You would think someone else would gain custody of Bree until Jessica has been given another pass on her complete sanity.

But this is a soap opera so things aren't as textbook as they should be.

I always wondered by no one as every brought up the fact that when she brought her dead baby into the hospital and switched it for Hope and kidnapped her, therefore, the gyn doctor (Schuler's mother) committed suicide. The doctor couldn't live with herself, thinking she did something wrong.

After the truth about baby Hope came out, Schuler himself should have stepped forward. His mother seems to be totally forgotten!!!

I wouldn't care how sick she was when she did it. I would want her locked away for causing all that pain. I always thought it was funny that the doctor didn't notice that Hope was healthy and then turned up dead. Jessica's was only six months along. You would think the doctor would of noticed a premature baby.

I think the writers screwed up here. there should have been some mention of criminal charges and what was going to be done about them.
