I sorta liked the pairing of John and Blair, too. But, I guess I'd be okay with John and Marty. Truth is, I think John is too boring for either of these ladies, but I still love him. I definitely hope the writers don't put us through another round of Todd and Blair. I think it would be sending a wrong message to people who are in abusive relationships (the way Rihanna almost did with the whole Chris Brown issue), but that's another story. I know Todd never physically abused Blair, but there are some anger issues there that need to be addressed and their past is tainted with verbal abuse and his controlling and manipulative behaviors. If they were to get back together, it would just be reinforcing the whole cycles of abuse in relationships, where the woman never breaks free, and the man continues to be destructive. I'm all for change, and I love Todd, but I would love to see him with Tea. I wasn't around the first time these two got together, and I'm sure he was just as awful toward Tea as he was to Blair. But, I think in his relationship with Blair, there is just too much that has been said and done that they can't and shouldn't go back. Together, they're not healthy people, and they don't bring out the best qualities in each other IMO. They will always be connected through their children and that's enough. Blair should be alone for awhile and then get with someone new.

i LOVE marty and john!! i feel like a minority on these boards for it, but they just have chemistry! i feel like i'm begging for him to kiss her when they are together!! i know a lot of people are against marty going after john while he is "married" to blair... but come'on! it's a soap! that's what they do!!

plus a few weeks ago blair said todd was the love of her life and now she's claiming that john was helping her get over todd... blair and john were doomed from the start (anyone remember john and marty dreaming about each other the first night blair and john had sex?!?)

perhaps they should pair blair up with cris again?!?! he needs a storyline (and i can't stand layla, so i don't want him with her) and we all know from the vanessa-saga that he is all about saving woman...

When I write negative comments about character(s), it is always about that, "The Character(s)"! And "never" about the Actor or Actress...I know how to judge the character(s) and not the "person" playing the character(s). I may not see thing's clearly at first...but when reading different views it helps me to analysis that character closer and hopefully form some better opinion(s) of that character(s). Sometimes I may agree and sometimes Not. Sometimes I can forgive much quicker and sometimes not. We all have opinion(s), and we all have "like" and "dislikes" of character(s) being played. So w/that, "It's all good"!

yes i have consideration for illness. ( in real life) we are talking about a dumb soap opera .. as for consideration for partying and drinking too much at a party in college.. no i have consideration for that.. learn how to control your booze!

Shouldnt Marty spend a little time focusing on repairing Cole??? Really should her raomantic life take priority of the train wreck that is her sons life? He's in recovery, he paralyzed Matthew, he didnt pass his classes, he's just found out his baby is alive, he has no idea what he is doing next year. And doesnt she owe him a little time after taking five months to "find herself and her memories" Focus Marty! Focus!

and marty comes from one of llanview's oldestand most prestigious families. she was an only child and her parents died when she was really young, so she solely inherited their fortune (even though her aunt kiki started stealing from it when she was named her guardian...) she grew up in a mansion down the street from llanfair (viki's house)

Hmmm..John has a mouth, he can say NO, Marty can't rape him, it takes two to tango. Marty did help out Blair in court though as far as the so-called "fake" marriage. I hope the writers bring in a new character for Blair. Shes already been through Todd a few times, John loves Marty, and there is nobody left in town. Someone new needs to come on the scene. Not now, I would like to see Blair on her own for a while but to eventually have a happy ending.

Personally, I don't fault Marty at all for expressing her feelings for John. Everyone has the right to feel what they feel, besides it has always been obvious that Marty was John's first choice over Blair--even when he thought she was dead (or refused to ever believe she was gone). Also, it isn't like she decided to not be with John a couple years ago--instead the opportunity was taken from her. So she is just attempting to reclaim her life. Sorry to Blair, since this involves her getting hurt (and when has Blair ever really considered Marty's feelings?). But such is life, especially in soaps Final Point: Marty and John have not slept together anyway so pants = still on. No sex, no foul!

All I know is whatever happens to Blair and John; I want to see Todd and Tea together

I liked John and the other Marty, once they brought back the first Marty it just didn't do it for me. What's up with her big teeth? I want to know Tea's secret! I think she had todd's baby and never told him. I think they made a baby on the island and now she is always going to love him. Well that would be a fun story line. Could you picture Blairs face, someone might die for that one!lol. Back up Marty and wait a dang minute!
