BIOGRAPHY

Catherine is very accustom to television audiences. Her first professional job, a stewardess in an airline "Fly Me" advertising campaign, got her nationwide attention. Since then, she has received exposure in many daytime and primetime shows alike.

In 1982, Catherine moved to Rome, throwing herself in a new language and a new culture. During her two year stay, she made several Italian films. It wasn't until she returned to the United States when she met her husband All My Children 's star Michael E. Knight (who plays Tad Martin). The couple married in June 1992.

Catherine is the President of her own cosmetics company, Cat Cosmetics, originally launching online in March 2001. It didn't take her long to expand the company, which now thrives as a Madison Avenue business. A fan favorite, in June 22, 2002, Catherine debuted Cat Cosmetics on QVC and will continue to make appearances in the future. Through her column, Product Queen, Catherine reaches millions of Daytime fans as a guest editor of Soap Opera Digest, offering beauty tips and advice.

Earlier this year, Catherine performed in two sold-out shows of her cabaret, Boys on the Side. Catherine and her ex-husband Michael E. Knight played opposite one another in the play, Run for Your Wife, in Los Angeles.

They currently live in Manhattan with their dog and six cats.
