Big laugh of the night was when Corbin Bernsen's mom asked if we knew if she was still alive!

What's Christina's Court- and why were they positioned by the rest rooms when the award was announced?

Tyra Banks finally has something bigger than her ass- her ego!

Was Regis Philbin reading off something that an intern pulled from Wikipedia? Notice also that, in the video presentation, there was no mention of a certain Kathie Lee Gifford! That speaks volumes!!!

And, in future, if you're on the soap that gets the Best Drama Daytime Emmy, please don't make a beeline for the stage, arrange a party bus that gets you first in line to the after-party!

Cameron Mathison was great. Sherri Shepard was like her view of the Earth- flat.

The CEO at Flip is going to fire someone on Monday. These great digital video camera at $144 MSRP- and no one mentioned the name! BTW, www.theflip.com I have one, it's the best thing on Earth.

What a great "breaking news" at the GL table! I want Beth Ehlers for Christmas!

Tom Pelphrey was poignant. Jill Farren Phelps was to the point. Jen Landon was spot on with "Oh, wow, another guy telling me that I have ten seconds?"

And, how fitting for two actors who play the first gay male supercouple to give the Daytime Talk Show Host Emmy to Ellen deGeneres!

And yes, the "crazy relations" should stay in the balcony!

Post-Emmy wrap and "Dark Shadows" reborn- all on "Talkin' Soaps" this Saturday and Sunday at 4pm East/1pm West on Ad Astra Radio- www.adastraradio.com

Thank you, Miss Phillips!

I thought Van Hansis looked P.O'd when they called out Tom Pelphrey's name.

Congratulations to Jeanne Cooper for her Emmy win.

I must say that there were lots of surprises this year. For the most part, I think that the awards were more spread out among different shows. It certainly wasn't a clean sweep this year.
