If you're bored this Sunday night, June 28, and wonder what you can watch, fans won't want to miss the TV Guide Network special “Secrets of the Hollywood Body” at 8:00 PM!

The one hour special will showcase All My Children's Chrishell Stause (Amanda Dillon), as well as former soap opera stars Kelly Ripa (ex- Hayley Vaughan Santos, AMC) and Melinda Clarke (ex- Faith Taylor, Days), who will spill their secrets on how they've achieved such hot bods!

And when did these three become hollywood celeb's? I must of been asleep at the wheel when that happened. Ripa isn't even a soap opera celeb anymore, for that matter if it wasn't for regis she would only be a mere body on a drab soap opera as in amc.

Now I know why a lot of the celebrities avoid the message boards. Ladies I think you have a lot to be proud of. I hate I missed it. Kelly Ripa you add a great deal to Regis and Kelly, I love it. Chrishell you are great as Amanda.
