As the 7th Annual Nuts for Mutts Dog Show rolls around, we are excited to announce that three daytime stars will be there to judge our fury friends! Passions’ actors Galen Gering (Luis) and Kelli McCarty (ex-Beth) and The Young and the Restless actress Michelle Stafford (Phyllis) will attend the event to not only show their support but to help pick the winners!

Other stars to appear on the judging panel will include Jon Cryer (Two and a Half Men), Mary Lynn Rajskub (24), Zoe Saldana (Vantage Point), Ian Sommerhalder (Lost), as well as co-emcees Debra Wilson Skelton (MADtv) and Nicole Sullivan (MADtv).

Come Sunday, June 1, 2008, mix-breed dogs and their owners will congregate at the Shepard Stadium at Pierce College at 6201 Winnetka Ave., Woodland Hills, CA for a day full of fun! Sponsored by Castor & Pollux Pet Works and Dog's Life Magazine, not only will fans get to watch over 400 dogs as they ‘do their thing’ in categories such as "Fastest Mutt," "Most Ear- resistible Ears,” "Best Kisser" and "Best in Show,” there will also be a pet fair, a pet adoption area, dog treat and pet carrier vendors, a silent auction, a kid’s corner, food and live music – with all proceeds going to the non-profit animal rescue organization, New Leash on Life.
