I'm glad to see that Darin Brooks is nominated. Again, Katherine Kelly Lang was snubbed for the outstanding lead actress category. I thought she was terrific last year.

WHAT THE HELL!! I WILL NOT BE WATHCHING THE SHOW THIS YEAR. THEY MIGHT AS WELL BE THE FREAKING CBS DAYTIME AWARDS. ABC GOT SNUBBED AGAIN ESPECIALLY GH. TONY GEARY ROCKS, BUT WHAT ABOUT SONNY, OR JASON? WHAT ABOUT SPINELLI? OR LULU? WHAT A BOUT CARLY UH? THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE WHO DESERVED TO BE NOMINATED. COME ON NOW, DAYS OF OUR LIVES- THAT HAS GOT TO BE THE CHEESIEST, MOST UNBELIEVEABLE SOAP EVER???? MAGIC,AND BEING POSSESSED BY THE DEVIL?!?! SO DUMB!! WHO ARE THSES PEOPLE THAT GET TO CHOOSE THE NOMINATIONS? THEY NEED TO LET SOME REAL PEOPLE SIT DOWN AND PICK THE
NOMINATIONS, PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WATCH SOAPS AND KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR. WELL AS I SAID, I WILL NOT BE WATCHING THE SHOW (AGAIN) THIS YEAR. THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE DAY.

Sounds like sour grapes from the ABC fans. Face it your network is not that good - how many times have we been subjected to overly violent, mediocre at best, GH "winning" Outstanding Drama Series? GL rocks.

I am extremely disapointed that Jeffrey Carlson was not nominated for his brilliant portrayal of Zoe on AMC....he
gave such an exceptional performance af this complex but unique character and made her so human and lovable.......
Jeffrey is by far one of the most talented young Actors ever to appear on daytime Television and its such a shame that his awesome contribution was not recognized........

I read this article and I must say that I am disappointed that the actors and actresses submitted for consideration from General Hospital were not chosen other than Tony Geary who IMO hasn't really had a major storyline other than his heart condition. I don't usually watch the Emmys and I won't watch it this year. I think GH has the finest performers in soaps.

I'm not happy to see that YnR didn't get chosen to for outstanding drama serie this year.now last year Ynr and GL won for outstanding drama last year.still not happy to see GL win for that wish they could.now that OLTL is nominees
for actor/actress looks like they will win for outstanding drama serie...but thats okay YnR will win next year.

I am a General Hospital fan and will always be. But I just don't understand why every year Tony Geary always up for nominee.Who is voting? He always on vacation. When does he work? Luke and Laura days are over. What's happening with Sonny and Jason? They have way more air time than luke.I think that Daytime Emmy needs to have a new catagory for new actors. Spinelli will win.

WOW...I can't believe GH only got one acting nomination...and from, IMO, a part timer no less. At least I don't have to worry about missing this award show..cuz I won't be giving it another thought.

I can not believe Lulu didn't get nominated or any of the other GH cast. It is unthinkable to me. I watch the Emmy's every year but, I will boycott them this year in protest.
