Guiding Light - DAILY UPDATES

Frank finds Natalia sitting at Company. She shows him all the paperwork she got from Rafe's lawyer, Vince Russo. He's not crazy about the guy but thinks he's a good lawyer. He offers her help if she needs it. When he wanders off, Daisy arrives and walks over to Natalia to ask after Rafe. Sitting down, she explains that she really needs to see Rafe and is sure that it would be good for him too. Natalia explains that Rafe is now in the state prison. Daisy begins laying into Frank for this but Natalia stops her. Daisy doesn't see the point of having a family full of cops if they can't help with anything. Natalia explains that this is the mayor's fault; she's using Rafe as an example. Daisy blames herself and explains that Grady turned Rafe in because he was jealous. She apologizes and offers to get a job to help pay for the lawyer. As she rises to go off and visit, Natalia asks her to keep Grady away.

Remy corners Olivia at Towers. She told him that his cards were upsetting Ava but he's discovered that she never gave Ava the cards at all. Olivia doesn't want to talk about it. Remy explains that the doctors are pleased with Ava's progress and she might be released. Olivia says that this proves that keeping him away was good for her. He goes on to say that the doctors will give their evaluation tomorrow and then she could be home. Olivia worries about all of the things she will need. Remy says she needs to know she is loved. Olivia runs off to prepare things.

Dinah bumps into Lizzie outside of the boarding house. They talk about Hilda before sniping about Bill. Dinah is sure that she and her brother will end up together again, but not until he has learned his lesson. Lizzie doesn't understand what Dinah wants from Bill. Dinah wants to be trusted, treated like an equal and not having her credit cut off. Lizzie thinks getting even with him won't make any of that happen. She tells her that she and Bill are now a team and she wants them to have a good relationship with her. She hands her a credit card, promising she will fix things, and leaves.

Grady dons a mask and corners Bill in an alley. Bill throws his wallet at him but that's not what his assailant wants. Grady throws Bill into the fence, smashes his leg and is about to clobber him when Lizzie screams and runs over. Grady runs off. She lets it slip that she was just with Dinah. He snaps and accuses her of betraying him again. He begins repeating that the house is his and he will not lose it. He limps away.

As Bill limps through the parking lot, Dinah finds him. He explains that he was mugged by someone who seemed intent on hurting him. Grady pops up and offers to help. Bill limps off. Grady smiles. Dinah notices. They take him to his car and he insists that he can drive. He tells Dinah that he will get back everything Lizzie took from him.

Daisy goes to the prison to meet Rafe. He's shown into the visiting room. She apologizes. They ramble through an awkward conversation. She tells him that she's broken up with Grady. He's happy to hear it. She thinks that she's the only person who understood him. Rafe's sure Grady just went crazy after she dumped him, that's what happened to him. "Daisy, I love you," he admits. The guard ends the conversation and takes him back to his cell.

At Company, Frank asks Natalia what's wrong. She can't believe how expensive lawyers are. He offers to get a defense fund going. Olivia walks in and Nat runs over to her. Olivia tells her not to worry about the money and asks her to take it as a gift. Natalia has never been in debt like this and won't accept it. They bicker until Natalia storms off. Frank explains that she's just proud. "I'm going to throw up," Olivia groans. Frank pours her coffee. They catch up. She doesn't know what Natalia's problem is. Olivia just wants to be a good mother, she says. She informs him that Reva is pregnant. He thinks she's joking. After he walks off, Lawrence Decker appears. He's been looking for her. He explains that his company, Galaxy, needs a new image, a face to go with the product, and he thinks that she could be that face. "That's flattering. I'll pass," she says. He offers to put together a good deal. She claims she doesn't have time and walks away.

Natalia's car isn't working so she has to walk to Towers. Her boss isn't thrilled to see her late. She begs for the day off so she can go and see her son. When she goes out to catch the bus. It drives away. That was the last bust of the day. She goes back inside and goes to work.

Daisy tracks down Grady at the park. She tells him that she's fresh from seeing Rafe in prison. He thought that's where people who shoot people go. They bicker. He insists that he only did this for her own good. He doesn't need this aggravation in his life, he declares, and walks away.

Lizzie arrives at Cedars after dealing with 'freaks and idiots' all day. She asks Beth how Alan is. There is no change. Lizzie worries about what could happen. Beth just hopes that he doesn't see Gus anymore, maybe then they can get back to normal...well, relatively. Lizzie suggests that she take a nap in the 'companion' room. They wonder who would have arranged that since the hospital doesn't normally offer them. Lizzie walks off to find out. She soon discovers that Bill did it. "I will never understand him!" Lizzie blurts out. Beth shrugs and says he obviously cares. Lizzie is infuriated. She trudges off to say thank you.

Remy shows up at Olivia's to check if she's heard anything new about Ava. She's still hostile to him. He tries to be nice and offers to take Ava's maternity clothes and give them to charity. She hands him a box.

When Bill gets home, he meets with a physical therapist named Susie. She sizes him up. Lizzie soon arrives to thank him for the room. He plays it down and says he would do it for anyone he works with. She tells him it's time to stop pretending that they're nothing to each other. Susie reappears and Lizzie gets the wrong idea. Bill plays it up. Lizzie tells him he's a 'jerk'. Susie helps him away.

Daisy goes to Company and shares an ice cream drink with Frank. It's the same thing he used to do to cheer up Harley.

Dinah finds Grady. She snaps at him for attacking her brother. He reminds her that she hired him to help her. He explains that he attacked Bill and she was there to help him. That helps her cause. Dinah's disturbed that this actually makes sense.
