Reva is pregnant, Harley isn't coming back, things get more complicated for Cassie and Cyrus.

Cassie packs RJ up for the first day of school. He's less excited than she is. She tells him that Josh would be there if he could be, but he's with Shayne. As they walk out the door, Cyrus appears, ready to work on the shutters. She sends RJ to the car and tells Cyrus that she wants him gone by the time she gets back. He thought they were starting over. She says that doesn't include her son. He points out that he was good with Harley's boys. That doesn't matter; he's the brother of the guy who killed RJ's sister. She tells him to leave.

Grady and Daisy swing in the park. She tells him how much fun she had at Reva's wedding. "It's good that I wasn't there," he grumbles. She says they didn't even mention him... maybe one day they can accept him. She hears the ice cream truck and runs off to get them some. Her phone rings. He picks it up. It's Rafe. Grady asks him how the food in prison is. Rafe is sure that Daisy will soon figure out Grady is playing her. He hangs up as she returns. As they sit on the swings, she tells him all about getting ice cream with her dad when she was a kid. He seems sad; he never had anything like that. "I can buy you all the ice cream you want," she promises.

Daisy and Grady go back to Marina's. They start making out when Buzz knocks at the door. She opens and he asks Grady to leave. After he walks away, Buzz tells Daisy that her mother called and needs to talk to her. Daisy soon guesses her mother is not returning. He explains that Harley needs a break. This seems wrong to Daisy; she abandoned the family, now she is going to take the boys to a foreign country and pick up with yet another man. She lists Harley's leap from lover to lover. Buzz points out that she's jumped between Rafe and Grady. "I'm 18! What's her excuse?" she asks. Buzz doesn't understand this either, he admits, shaking his head and walking out.

Cyrus finds his brother taping up his shoes in the hall. He tries to apologize to him. They bicker. Cyrus explains that he is still trying to make things right. Grady is sure that he's just doing all of this for Harley; he can't understand why he cares. "When a woman like that chooses you... it's the best thing I've ever had in my life," he says. It's something he has to hang on to. Grady returns to Daisy. She bursts into tears.

At Cedars, Jeffrey is having a hard time digesting the news that Reva is pregnant. Dr. Hendrix says that the blood test has made it clear. It's uncommon for a woman Reva's age, but not impossible. Jeffrey stumbles out of the room to look for Reva. He sits in the waiting room when a worried Billy rushes in searching for news. Jeffrey can't even talk. He runs off.

Reva has slipped away to Company. She shouts for Buzz, waking him up and ordering a drink. She needs some courage. Before he can pour her some, he gets a call. Walking outside, he briefly talks to Harley. Getting off the phone, he nearly falls over. Cassie arrives and catches him. He tells her that Harley has a job and is staying in Greece; the boys will be going to live with her. He adds that she's found another man. Cassie wants to talk to her. Buzz drifts away.

Back inside, Reva sees Buzz drift off so she gets behind the bar herself. She pours a drink. Before she can down it, Jeffrey pops up and stops her. He drinks it and sighs. She rambles and worries. "How long do I have?" she asks. "About nine months," he says. She runs outside. He chases her across the park until she stops. She rants and asks him what could be worse than her cancer returning. "You're pregnant," he says. She bursts out in laughter. "I'm not kidding," he says, repeating that the cancer is gone and she is pregnant. She's relieved but shocked, especially since she's in menopause. He takes her hand and leads her back to the doctor.

They return to Cross Creek after seeing the doctor. Jeffrey gets her some tea while she runs over the explanation in her mind. The drugs she was on worked as a fertility drug, at least enough to allow her to ovulate once. She's been pregnant for three months. Reva remembers that she's felt nauseous and tired but thought that was just wedding jitters. The doctor told her how amazing this is but warned that there are great risks involved for her and the baby. Miscarriage and birth defects are likely and she would also have to stop taking many of her cancer drugs. This, coupled with raging hormones, could cause the cancer to return. Reva worries that everything is different now, but she doesn't want to give up on her honeymoon, not for anything. Jeffrey asks her if she's okay. "Sure!" she claims, throwing her arms around him.

Cassie returns home and discovers Cyrus fixing her sink. She tells him to stop: Buzz just got a phone call from Harley. Cassie hates to tell him this, but Harley is not coming home. He's baffled. She informs him that Harley already has a new guy. He stands up and begins shaking his head and throwing everything back under the sink. Cassie rambles; even she didn't think that Cyrus deserved this. She offers him a drink. "I don't want anything from you. I'm done here," he snaps, walking out.

Grady and Daisy go back to Harley's. She tells him how much it hurts that her mother has abandoned her yet again. "Screw her. You're better off without her," he says. He'll be there for her now... just like when they first met. They begin to kiss and she pulls off his shirt. After sex, she gets dressed and wants to go. She needs to try and understand what's happening with her mom. He offers to help, but she can only do this with her family, she insists, walking away. She heads over to Company and asks Buzz to ask Natalia to let her see Rafe. Grady has trailed her and eavesdrops.

Cassie goes to The Beacon to do some work in her office. Cyrus knocks on the door. When she opens, he pulls her into a kiss without saying a word.
