Rafe goes on the run again, Olivia and Natalia comfort each other, Marina is annoyed with Mallet.

In her room, Olivia fumbles with her pills before shoving them in a drawer. Rick comes to the door. He says that her cardiologist tells him that she's been missing her appointments. They jokingly flirt. She's sure that Remy sent him after her. She says that she has something better than a doctor: Faith. He tells her that crossing her fingers isn't enough; she needs to see her doctor regularly. He suggests that even Reverend Josh would agree with him. She insists this isn't about religion, it's about how everything that's happened means something. He reminds her that Alan has nothing to do with faith and he doesn't do anything without an agenda. She's sure his visions are real. Rick is sure that if Gus were alive, he would actually agree with him.
Olivia goes outside to the park that bares her name. She tries to talk to Gus. There's no answer.

At Harley's, Daisy is still annoyed that Rafe never called her while he was on the run. She's sure that he doesn't really love her. He asks her if she really believes that or if this is her way of telling him that she has a new guy. His mother calls him. She's awkward and tells him to meet her at the cottage that Gus bought them. She promises that he'll be safe there. Hanging up, Mallet compliments her on actually telling a believable lie. She feels awful, especially while she watches Mallet strap on his gun. "I feel like the worst mother in the world," she says. He tells her that there are no guarantees, but if Rafe turns himself in, things should be alright. He won't be going to juvie this time though. She's tempted to just send him back to Europe. He explains that there are cops and bounty hunters all over the world. She tries to have faith that everything will turn out. She wants to go along. He tries to talk her out of it but still lets her come along.

Marina returns to her room looking for Daisy and planning a night in with her and asks how a chick flick sounds. "That depends if you're talking Kate Hudson or Bette Midler?" Grady jokes as he walks out of the bathroom. She points her pepper spray at him. He taunts her to arrest him and explains that he was just waiting for Daisy. He brings up her relationship with his brother and says that dating two women in the same family is just wrong. She isn't friendly; Tammy was her best friend, she reminds him. Daisy walks in. Grady says he doesn't want to come between her and her family and walks out. Daisy's ready for a lecture. Marina doesn't see the point but tells her that Grady is not welcome there. She leaves for work. Daisy unpacks the groceries. Grady walks back in. He asks her if she's mad. She told him about Rafe and where she was with him, she explains. Grady thinks that Rafe has a lot of nerve coming back and dragging her into his mess again. She finds that statement odd coming from him. Rafe is her friend and he needs her but she is with him, she says. They kiss.

Mallet calls Jeffrey to tell him that he will be bringing someone in. Marina arrives and tells him she found Grady in her bathroom. She can't understand what Daisy must be thinking. She wants to go out on his call with him. He fobs it off, saying it's only a domestic disturbance, and leaves, telling her not to worry.

Natalia arrives at the empty house. As she walks around, Rafe comes out of hiding. He tells her to trust him and informs her that he is leaving town with Daisy... though he hasn't asked her yet. The longer he waits, the more dangerous it gets, she says. She cries. He comforts her and tells her that he needs to go so that she won't lose him for good. Looking at her, he realizes that she's already turned him in. He backs away. She tries to explain and tells him that Daisy won't leave with him. She asks him to have faith that Nicky is watching them. He believes in Alan and Gus because they didn't betray him. He sees Mallet pull up out front and runs out the back door. After running through some fields, he collapses and calls Daisy. She tells Grady that she is talking to Ashlee. He walks out but eavesdrops. Rafe explains that his mother turned him in and he's on the run. She tells him to go to Harley's house and she'll meet him there. Getting off the phone, she tells Grady that she needs to go and see Ashlee. "You do what you need to do," he says as she leaves. "And so will I," he smiles to himself.

Natalia and Mallet return to the station. He asks her to call him if she hears from Rafe. Marina walks in and angrily reminds him that she is the detective on this. Just because they are sleeping together doesn't mean that he can ignore her rank. They argue. He claims he was only trying to limit the risk to Rafe and calls her "over emotional". That makes her furious. He tries to explain but only makes it worse. She reminds him that he's emotional about the case too since he messed things up investigating Gus. "I'm on top and you're the bottom!" she tells him, ordering him upstairs. They have to come up with rules about their relationship: He has to follow her orders, they have to be discrete and respect the uniform. He starts to kiss her. She tells him that work has to come first and then begins kissing him back. They're interrupted when a fax comes in for her.

Natalia wanders back to the house and finds Olivia sitting outside. She fills her in on what just happened. Olivia compares her parenting skills: She tried to help her daughter once, telling her to be with Bill and now she's in a clinic and her baby is dead. They're both there at the house just to feel close to Gus. Olivia cries; she doesn't want to die. They embrace. Olivia pulls away. She tells her that she has Alan's visions so she doesn't need a doctor. Natalia tells her that's a bad idea. They bicker. They're both afraid; Natalia has faith but recommends that she should still call her doctor. Maybe he can save her without a miracle and that can free one up for Rafe.

Back at The Beacon, Grady uses a high pitched American accent to call the police and report that he saw Rafe and thinks he's taken someone hostage. He hangs up laughing.

Daisy arrives at Harley's and finds an angry Rafe with a baseball bat. His mother has betrayed him and he feels all alone. She tells him he's not alone; he's important to her. "I used to be important to you, there's a difference," he says. She admits she still has feelings for him. They kiss. She pulls back and tells him he's changed. The police suddenly announce their presence through a loudspeaker outside. He accuses her of betraying him. The house is surrounded. She tells him to turn himself in.
