Cyrus agrees to back Daisy and Grady, Jeffrey postpones the wedding, Josh pursues Reva.

Grady finds his brother preparing corn on the cob. Cyrus tells him they are going to eat like real people; sitting at a table and talking. He sends his brother in to wash his hands. Daisy walks onto the lawn. "I appreciate what you've done for him but you shouldn't be here," he tells her. He promised her mother that he would keep an eye on her. Grady walks out and invites her to join them. Cyrus takes his brother aside and tells him he has a minute to say goodbye. They sit down and awkwardly make small talk. She gets fed up and is ready to leave, knowing that she isn't welcome. Cyrus finally breaks and lets her stay. He knows how much they've risked for each other and he won't get in their way anymore. They talk about how much the town hates the three of them. Cyrus offers to support them only if they act like normal people and start making things right with the people who they've hurt. Daisy hugs him in thanks.

Cassie calls for a locksmith to fix her door. No one can come today. Josh walks through the broken door and offers to fix it. She invites him in to talk about the divorce while she fiddles with the door. He sits down and they look over the papers. She's already signed. "I hate this," he says, but he understands it's best for both of them. He talks about how hard this is. "You've done this more than I have," she says. He offers to fix the door. She tells him not to and explains that they could never tell the difference between love and need. He wonders if that means she thinks he broke the marriage more when he was trying to fix it. They never had a honeymoon stage, she says; instead, they just had coping and, between Tammy's death and Reva's cancer, it was all about coping. Now, she needs time to herself to figure out who she is. He signs the papers.

At home, Reva finds flowers and a note from Jeffrey. She loves them but wonders if this big gesture is a sign that he's getting cold feet. He tells her that he's changed his mind about the wedding. He wants to postpone for a few weeks. She doesn't want to marry him if his feet aren't hot for it, but she concedes that throwing a wedding together in two weeks is too fast. He would marry her tomorrow if it wasn't for Lizzie. She's offered to testify against Alan, he explains. This could be their last chance to nail him. "If you can convince them to find Alan guilty, than we're even," she says. She wants revenge on Alan and working for that is worth postponing, unlike just having Josh or Grady get in the way. Jeffrey plucks a flower and holds it up to her, telling her how "stupendous" she is. She laughs. They smile and kiss.

Jeffrey goes to see Cassie while she is trying to fix her door. He informs her that he is building a case against Alan. She begs him not to put her through this again. He tells her that someone has come forward to testify and he will handle this. He vows to put Alan behind bars. She doubts it, but thanks him anyway. After he leaves, Cyrus comes to the door. He offers to have her door fixed. "Grady can do it," he gulps. She's furious at this suggestion. He pleads his brother's case but she won't listen. When she tries to open the door for him to leave, it breaks again. He offers his hand to fix it. She lets him fix it. He thought she was the forgiving type. She throws the divorce papers at him. "Is this because of what happened with us?" he asks. Partly, she says. She admits that she was a forgiving person once, but that part of her died with Tammy. He promises her that they can fix that.

Daisy and Grady go to see Marina. He's sure she won't be happy to see him but she won't let him leave. They walk in but Marina is gone. She finds a note that says she's spending the night at Mallet's. They decide to stay there for the night. She sends him off so she can make the place nice. He kisses her, she smiles.

Reva runs into Company to talk about catering with Buzz. She has to postpone her order. She turns and spots Josh sitting behind her. He walks over. She tells him that Jeffrey is just too committed to work right now. "More committed than he is to you?" he suggests. Changing the subject, she tells him that Billy says he's been hanging out around the construction site. He's happy that she's been asking about him and tells her that he's trying to get back a lot of things he's lost. Buzz becomes uncomfortable and makes himself scarce. They banter. She repeats that they're over. "We'll see," he smiles as he leaves.

Reva and Buzz talk about their granddaughter. He tells her that she is just as bad as she was. Then he teases her about her wedding plans and wonders why Jeffrey won't even take time off work for it. She tries to change the subject and tells him to hire Daisy. He tells her that Josh signed his divorce papers today. He thinks it's like a Greek tragedy that she isn't owning up to fate and marrying Josh when everything is pointing that way. She drags him over to Cross Creek and shows him that she and Jeffrey have monogrammed towels. He's not impressed and this gesture seems out of character. She says that's the new her and she needs everyone to get on board with this, telling him to hang some of them behind his bar to shut up the nay-sayers.

In his office, Jeffrey tries to track down Lizzie on the phone so they can discuss her testimony. Josh walks in and flops on the couch. Jeffery looks over the zoning permits he holds. Josh takes shots at him for being too busy to get married and tells him that he is determined to get Reva back. Jeffrey reminds him that he is marrying her. Josh thanks him for giving him more time to convince her she's making a mistake. "You can have all the time you want," Jeffrey says, confidently. He tells him to take the time to think about how he became such a selfish person and shuts the door on him.
Josh pops up at Cross Creek with the cell phone that Reva left at the chapel. He tells her that there always seems to be something that brings them back together. He feels like he sees signs everywhere. She threatens to call the cops the next time he just walks in. He explains that he's reprogrammed her phone so that he is number one on her speed dial while Jeffrey is number two. "He will always be number two," he smiles. Annoyed, she starts reprogramming.

Jeffrey runs into Grady outside of Company and tells him that he's got evidence to hang Alan now. Grady reminds him of double jeopardy. Jeffery knows that he can't try him again, but tells him that he has to use him to take down Alan. If Grady refuses to help, he'll go after Daisy for perjury. Jeffrey's been through a lot lately and he's been a little too nice; he's ready to get back to prosecuting people again. Grady offers to go along with him and assures him he's not going anywhere. "You weren't always the good guy, I wasn't always a bad one, but I'll do anything for Daisy," Grady says.

Daisy prepares herself and the room for Grady. When she opens the door, she's shocked to find Rafe standing there.
