Guiding Light - DAILY UPDATES

At the station, Frank pokes his head in to check on his daughter. He starts laying into Cyrus about his brother. Marina insists that Cyrus had nothing to do with Tammy's death. "Two criminals in one family," he shakes his head. "Three cops in ours," she shoots back. Frank wonders "what idiot" bailed Cyrus out.

At the mansion, Dinah is doing cake testing when Mallet arrives. He thanks her for the way the TV station has handled the Grady story. He's just there to pick up Olivia for a doctor's appointment. They catch up and Dinah calls "Oli" down. She walks down the stairs, informing Dinah that Buzz will be doing the wedding cake. Dinah thinks she should try the other cakes. Mallet takes a few bites himself. Olivia walks out and Mallet trails after her.

At Company, Buzz is calling around for raspberries when Natalia walks in. After a pause, he asks for an update. She tells him she had a few days with her son and then Harley took off with him again. Apparently Harley decided that she knew what was best and just took off. She hopes that her son will eventually come to his senses and come home. As she carries her luggage upstairs, she looks up to the sky: "What now Nicky? What now?"

Reva catches Jeffrey climbing out of bed. He's eager to get back to work. She reminds him he's been locked out of his office and she's sent all of his clothes out to be cleaned. "Give me my clothes or the wedding's off!" he shouts. "I'm so scared," she smirks. She gets him back in his bed. He says he needs some reassurance; she didn't seem bothered when he threatened to get out of the wedding. "Are you looking for an 'out'?" she asks. "Are you?" he counters. Olivia interrupts to have a parental chat with Jeffrey. Reva leaves them to it. Olivia informs Jeffrey that Ava is marrying Bill. "The Hell she is!" he exclaims. She tells him he needs to be happy for their daughter. He groans. She says Bill could be a pretty good dad. "But he's not the dad," he reminds her. She tells him to pretend to be happy. He grimaces, insisting that Ava needs to be with someone who loves her. She asks for his support again. He agrees to try. She leaves to meet the caterers.

Franks runs into Reva in the park. They joke about her wedding and then he gets serious. He needs to ask her some questions about Grady and Daisy. She sarcastically tells him that she was funding Daisy's aid to Grady all along. Frank isn't amused; Daisy seems to have gone off the deep end and suggests that Reva has too much on her plate right now to look after her properly. She lays into Harley. He suggests that Daisy should be with someone else... like him. She doesn't think anyone can look after her 24/7 and grouchily dismisses his concerns.

Dinah goes over to Company to talk to Buzz about cake. She makes some puns but he doesn't joke about baked goods. She tells him it's a wedding cake and Olivia is dead set on him making it. She needs proof that his cake is the best. He cuts her a slice and she starts eating. "Wow wow!" she sighs as she eats the cake. She's impressed and bustles out.

Natalia is back in uniform and working at The Beacon. She goes to Olivia's room to check on her. She finds the room empty and all her things gone. When she walks out, she finds Frank. He informs her that Olivia is living at the mansion. She tells him what happened with Rafe and Harley and why she's back. She feels like Harley has kidnapped her child. "The next time I see your know-it-all sister, I'm going to smack her!" she says, stomping off.

Reva catches Olivia outside of Company having a drink. They catch up on her health, commiserating on the pain of waiting for tests results. The conversation turns to her wedding plans and she asks when she can book for her and Jeffrey. The hotel is booked for the summer, Olivia says, suggesting she should wait until after Ava's wedding. They begin sniping about marrying each other's exes.

Reva arrives at Company and begs Buzz not to be angry at her for having an argument with Frank. He cuddles her and kisses her. She asks him why he feels so romantic. They talk about Ava's wedding and he serves her some cake. She tells him that she's marrying Jeffrey. "What is it with him?" he asks. He cuddles up to her again. She pushes him back laughing and telling him she needs to get some distance from her past. He pulls her into a kiss and she pushes him back again, reminding him that she's getting married. He keeps groping her as she laughs.

At the mansion, Dinah and Olivia are planning the wedding and pulling rank on each other. They both want what's best for their relatives. Dinah says she tried Buzz's cake and it was good. They wonder if they can do this together. Olivia says she's learned a lot lately and if she ever falls in love again, she'll do the opposite of everything she did in her past.

Doris goes to see Jeffrey in his room. She tells him that his cases have been reassigned. Jeffrey is angry and wants to go after Grady. Doris cuts him short and tells him he's not inspiring confidence. When he argues with her, she decides to extend his leave and walks out.

Mallet and Marina go to Reva's shed and start searching around. He tells her that the Foley brothers are two of a kind. Marina doesn't think so; Cyrus just robs people who have too much money, he doesn't hurt them. He asks her out for mini-golf. They walk out without noticing the envelope full of cash sitting on the floor.

Frank arrives at Company. He sees Buzz lying on the floor and runs to his side. Buzz is just resting. Frank tells him about Natalia and admits that his sister's sense of right and wrong has taken a serious turn for the worse. He begins to rant about how everything has gone wrong in the world and wonders who could have bailed Cyrus out. Buzz admits it was him. "You can just take that cake and..." Frank shakes. He walks out but soon returns, telling his father he will never understand some of the things he does. Buzz serves him some cake. "Frank, I love you," he says.

Natalia goes to see Jeffrey in his room. She apologizes on behalf of herself and Rafe. She raised him to be better than this and never meant for this to happen. Jeffrey tells her that he has no intention of pressing charges, but he's been suspended from his duties so he's in no position to help. He advises her to get a good lawyer and promises that they will take care of her son.

Marina and Mallet run into Dinah outside of the station. They awkwardly talk about cake and things until Marina excuses herself. Dinah takes Mallet aside to ask him some questions for her news story.

Reva returns to see Jeffrey with cake in her hands. "It could be wedding cake. I haven't decided yet," she says. "On the cake or the wedding?" he teases. She lets him have some cake. He talks about Bill and Ava's wedding; he's not sure he can handle it. He doesn't think his daughter should be marrying Bill; what will it accomplish? She thinks that's a good question: Everyone they know thinks they're freaks for getting married. He reminds her that she doesn't care what people think. He thinks they're doing the right thing. She doesn't want to rush. "We're going to postpone this thing," she says.

Natalia goes to visit Olivia at the mansion. She thanks her for all her help and promises to pay her back. They talk about Alan and his dreams of Gus. They both wish that he showed up in their dreams. Olivia thanks her for keeping an eye on her.

Mallet and Marina meet for mini-golf by the park. He likes being with her: There's no drama; they can just be themselves.

Olivia sits in the chapel and looks at ultrasound pictures and pictures of Gus.

Natalia returns to the empty house alone.
