Harley learns the truth about Gus, Jeffrey and Reva can't stay apart, Olivia confesses, Alan helps Rafe out.

Jeffrey is surprised to see Reva in his doorway right after she has broken up with him. He'd appreciate more of an explanation, but she finds it hard to give one. It's difficult for her to admit that they have a relationship. He tells them that they do. As she grabs a drink, he asks her what the real problem is. She tells him that she thinks he wants to be with Olivia. They are just supposed to be placeholders with each other, but now it he feels like he is more than just a placeholder. Jeffrey's okay with that, but Reva's not. He can't understand why she is pushing him towards Olivia. When she tries to leave, he grabs her and pulls her into a kiss. She smiles slightly, until he calls this 'the kiss goodbye' and opens the door. She stands in the doorway for a moment with her mouth open. Once the door closes, she obviously regrets this.

At police headquarters, Olivia surprises Frank by telling him that she paid someone to mug Ava. As she makes her statement, he's bewildered about why she decided to come forward now. Ava begins defending her mother and Olivia explains that she just wanted to pull the family together. Frank thinks that dinner would have been a better idea. Ava forgives her mother, but Olivia wants to be punished. Frank won't punish her; there's no case, but she should be punished by someone, he says as he walks out. Ava and Olivia go out for dinner. Ava knows that her mother never meant to hurt her. She's just surprised by how much she seems to care for Jeffrey. Olivia insist that she doesn't care, she just needs him. When Reva walks in, Ava leaves. Olivia asks her if she broke up with Jeffrey as requested. She did, 'and I hate you...almost as much as I hate myself.' Olivia asks her to sit and have a drink. They can celebrate her secret being safe. 'Only because I did what you asked. God forbid you keep your mouth shut because it's the right thing to do', Reva snaps. Olivia reminds her of the people she is making suffer, including Lizzie. She just needs her 'to stay away from Jeffrey for awhile...but I may need your help again,' she says as she walks away. It sounds like she's pushing it to Reva.
At the mansion, Rafe wants to see his father. Natalia tells him that she and his father had a bit of a disagreement and he needs to spend time with his other family. Alan walks into the conversation. He asks her why, if what she said is true, Gus left town alone and Harley is glued to Dylan's side. As his father, he's worried and wants to know where Gus has gone. Rafe tells him to back off and leaves to visit Daisy. Alan is surprised that Natalia will let him go off with a Cooper, they 'do whatever they want and blame it on us'. She doesn't want to talk about Harley and the Coopers, but Alan reminds her that she is already the other woman.

Harley arrives in Dylan's room at Cedars. He's strangely eager to talk to Gus. She tries to clam him down until Daisy arrives, happy to see her parents together. A moment later, she rushes off to get him something. As he adjusts himself, he gets spasms of pain. He thinks that most of his damage is actually from Gus' fists. She realizes that they should have taken him to the hospital then. They begin to go over the night they spent together. He tells her that there is something she doesn't know: Gus was there for a moment and he saw them together. She realizes that Gus must have assumed that they slept together. He says that he would have told her before, but they got into an accident. Harley knows now that this is why he has run off and will not answer any of her calls. In a panic, she rushes from the room to search for him.

Rafe and Daisy go shopping when she grabs a watch and puts it in her bag. A security guard hurries over and stops them. After he questions them, he sits them down and gets on the phone to the cops. She starts apologizing to Rafe for getting him in trouble; she just wanted to do something nice for her father. Rafe walks over to the guard and tells him not to call the police; he'll pay for the watch. Alan Spaulding is his grandfather, he explains. Alan soon arrives and takes care of everything, buying a few extra watches as he does so. Daisy offers to pay him back. He tells her not to worry, but asks her to leave. Once she's gone, Rafe thanks his grandfather. Alan isn't interested in thanks; he wants him to learn what it is to be a Spaulding. He's not pleased to see him drawn into trouble by a Cooper. He tells Rafael that if he sticks with him, everyone will treat him like a somebody.

At home, Harley searches around for clues when Alan wanders in. She asks him where Gus is. He tells her that Gus is very upset with her and has turned to someone else: Natalia. She's surprised by his strategy; he used to be more subtle when he wanted to manipulate her. 'I'm older now. I don't waste time,' he quips. He lists all of the offenses she's made against Gus, kicking his son out, cuddling up with Dylan etc.. She keeps telling him that she and Gus are committed to each other. 'Don't say I didn't warn you,' he states as he walks away. Harley heads over to the mansion to talk to Natalia. She didn't come to fight, she just wants Natalia's help. Alan is trying to turn them all against each other and break up her marriage, she explains. They need to be strong and not give in to him. Alan has already made it sound like they slept together, but Harley doesn't belie that Gus would ever do that. Natalia is silent at the suggestion and looks away. Harley quickly realizes that Alan was right.

Reva arrives in Dylan's room at Cedars. She's thrilled to see her son awake. He tells her about his feelings for Harley. She says that sometimes you have to walk away for the right reasons. That doesn't sound like Reva to him. She offers to take him to a rehab center. He would rather see her spending time with Jeffrey. Reva would do anything for her children, she insists. Later, Daisy arrives and gives the watch to her father. She starts to tell him how worried Harley seemed about him. He asks her if she's hoping that he and her mom are getting back together. 'You're my parents,' she says. He hopes that something will change between then, he admits, but it doesn't look that way. Harley and Gus seem solid.

Olivia arrives in Jeffrey's room and tells him that she went down to the police station and confessed everything. She's sorry for everything that's happened, for hurting Ava and him. She understands that what she did was wrong and she wants to make things right. 'Can we have a family dinner, just the three of us. Or, if you want to, bring Reva,' she offers. He tells her not to worry about Reva anymore. He won't have dinner with her though. Sorry, but she'll have to have dinner alone, he says, shutting the door on her. Moments later, Reva knocks on the door looking for her cell phone. He lets her in. She tells him that she was visiting Dylan and thinking of Jonathan... she stops herself: Telling him all of her problems isn't fair on him. He kisses her and puts the 'do not disturb' sign on the doorknob as Olivia stands in the hall.
