Caitlin Van Zandt will be continuing her tour across America to promote the benefits of Lap-Band surgery this month. The tour has added several more dates to their schedule for October. Caitlin will be joined at these events by her mother Barbara, also a Lap-Band system patient. They will be accompanied by Dr. George Fielding, associate professor of surgery at NYU School of Medicine, and Dr. Michael Roizen.

On October 7, the tour will stop off in Chicago, IL. You can catch them between 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM at The Museum of Science and Industry, located at 5700 S. Lake Shore Dr.

On October 8, the tour will stop in Pittsburgh, PA. They will go on stage from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM at the Heinz History Center located at 1212 Smallman St.

On October 16, the tour will make its final stop for an event in Las Vegas, NV. They will appear from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM at the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel located at 3400 Paradise Rd.

Guiding Light's Cailtin Van Zandt (Ashlee Wolf) is continuing her travels across America this month to impart the wisdom she gained from her recent experience undergoing weight loss surgery. Soaps.com previously told you about her appearance at The Walk from Obesity - Walk on the Capitol held in June in Washington, DC. and how she told her story on Entertainment Tonight. The actress will now be heading south to Memphis, Tennessee.

Van Zandt will be joining Khaliah Ali, the daughter of former heavyweight champion Muhammad Ali, for "The Weight-Loss Surgery Seminar" on September the 24th between 6:30-8:30 PM at the luxurious Peabody Hotel. The event will feature the two young women sharing the stories of their journey to weight-loss. Joining them for the seminar will be author and doctor Michael Rosizen, who recently co-wrote the book YOU: On a Diet. A bariatric surgeon will also be on hand to tell the audience about the benefits and risks involved with dieting and weight loss procedures.

I believe that caitlin is a very beautiful girl on the inside and out. She seems as though she has a beautiful, outgoing personality in real life. I've always wondered what she would look like if she was a little slimmer. I believe that she is wonderful either way. more power to her!
