Josh arrives at Cassie's and finds Olivia and Natalia there. As Natalia is upstairs looking around, Olivia tells Josh that Natalia has already lost all of her money and she doesn't even know it. She invites him to Thanksgiving and they tease each other about their past.
Reva has slipped away and runs into Josh at Towers. He's still hoping for a call from their kids. They talk about them and how she doesn't want to take any chances with her children in the future. He asks her to sit down and tells her again that she is a good mother. She thinks their children turned out alright because he was twice the parent she was. Josh tries to point out the positive things about the children he didn't raise and urges her to forgive herself. He tells her that she needs to leave room in her life to screw up, or she will be bored. She needs to be herself.
It Doesn't Change My Mind.
In his room at The Beacon, Josh is dismayed that Shayne is not returning for Thanksgiving and offers no explanation as to why.
Jeffrey takes Reva to Cedars. She's shocked when Dr. Colin McCabe comes out. After hugging him, he explains that he will try to treat her and the baby but can't promise anything. She gets up to walk out. Jeffrey stops her and makes her sit back down. "Okay doctor, wow me," she challenges. He outlines the treatment options and the risks. She and Jeffrey walk out. She tells him that she feels safe with Dr. McCabe. As they walk down the corridor, they run into Josh. He tells them that Shayne won't be making it home for Thanksgiving.
I Think I Might Love You.
Reva is exhausted. Josh arrives outside and calls in to her. When he walks in, she faints in his arms. He gets her up and gets her some ice water. She insists that she is fine. He worries more and they argue until he screams. After she teases him, they laugh. He calls Rick to tell him about Reva's episode. Rick wants to send an ambulance but Josh offers to drive her over himself. Reva doesn't want Jeffrey to find out about this because he will make her move back to The Beacon. As she goes upstairs to get her bag, Josh calls Jeffrey and asks him to meet them at Cedars. Reva comes down, repeating that this is all a waste of time.
Reva gets checked over by Rick. She lets Josh look at the ultrasound. Rick leaves to look through the tests and Reva jokes with Josh until Jeffrey arrives with flowers. Josh forces a smile while he watches them hug. Jeffrey gives her a toy dinosaur and she shows him the latest picture of their child. Josh backs out the door while they cuddle and giggle. Rick returns and tells them that nothing unexpected came up about the baby. When he walks out to ready the release papers, Jeffrey follows him. He asks him why he is being so vague. "She needs to see an oncologist," Rick says. Jeffrey returns to his wife. He tells her that the baby is fine but... "That's all that matters," she says, walking out. He sighs.
Sad, Josh walks by Company. He gets a call from Marah. She's worried that Shayne seems to be acting strange. He told her that he wouldn't be returning for Thanksgiving. Josh starts to worry. He calls around, trying to track down his son but he's nowhere to be found.
Why are you so Hormonal?
Josh and Reva bump into each other in the hallway of The Beacon. She thinks he's been hanging out to see her. He insists that he was there first and she moved in next to him. "I'm the one who is pregnant Joshua! Why are you so hormonal?" she asks. Annoyed, she presses the elevator button and they bicker. Reva makes excuses for why she is there and teases Josh about Jeffrey's late night habits. He doesn't want to hear about them and tells her that they are not running into each other like this through some act of faith. Simultaneously, they each announce that they are going to see Bill.
Josh and Reva run into Buzz outside of Bill's room. He asks her how she's doing and offers to attend to all of her needs. After he awkwardly babbles, he runs off. Reva goes in to see Bill alone. When she comes out, Josh is still waiting. She tells him everything she said to Bill and thanks him for letting her see him first. Josh says that he agrees with Jeffrey: Sick men and pregnant women shouldn't be left alone. He teases her about Jeffrey leaving her behind. She's defensive and tells him that her world doesn't revolve around him. He offers to avoid her while Jeffrey is away. She blows up and decides that she will move back home. He smiles as she storms off.
Josh is on the phone with Marah. They discuss Shayne; neither of them have heard from him for awhile and worry if he is alright. When he gets off the phone, he stares over at the picture of Reva on his bedside table. When he walks out, a maid tells him that Reva left her necklace behind. She hands it to him. He tells her to bring it to the front desk.
