The Bad List.

Daisy and Natalia arrive in the courtroom. They sit down. Frank sits beside Natalia. She wishes her son hadn't given up. Buzz tells Daisy he's proud of her for coming. Rafe is brought in. His mother bursts into tears. The judge comes in and reads the letter that Jeffrey wrote on Rafe's behalf. Frank takes the stand and talks about how rough things have been for Rafe and about Gus' death. Mallet is up next and explains his investigation of Gus and insists that Rafe is not a criminal, just a kid who made a bad decision. The judge deliberates for awhile and then tells Rafe that he is lucky to have such support, but he's committed a serious crime. He's sentenced to two years in prison. Natalia begins to yell out for her son and runs down to embrace him. He tells her that he will be okay and that he wants her to live her own life while he is away. Daisy rushes over next. He tells her to live her own life too. She cries and hugs him. The guards take him away.

Buzz arrives at Company and finds Olivia and Emma sitting at the bar. He explains that he was just at Rafe's sentencing. Emma asks if they can make a card for Natalia since she is sad. Before they can leave, Natalia and the others arrive. Emma walks over to Natalia to give her a hug and offers to draw pictures for Rafe. Olivia says she's sorry and takes her daughter away to their photo shoot. Daisy sits down beside Natalia and Frank brings them chicken noodle soup. He offers to take them to the mall. Natalia tells him he's being kind but there is nothing he can do.

Buzz finds Daisy still sitting at Company. She asks him not to bring her any more food. She shows him a picture of Rafe she took with her phone. He's the first guy that she fell in love with and she only has one picture of him. She feels like a horrible person. Buzz tells her that she's just sad and that's okay.

Rafe Makes a Choice.

At Company, Lillian is annoyed to be waiting for Buzz. They bicker. Olivia arrives and Buzz tells her that Natalia needs help. Olivia insists that she's already given her enough help. She then turns to Lillian and tells her about her new job. Olivia coughs. Lillian worries. Buzz hands her chili to bring to Alan while she visits Lizzie. After she leaves, Buzz and Olivia begin to bicker about Natalia's lawyer. Olivia defends firing Russo for being too sleazy.

Buzz goes to visit Rafe in prison. They catch up on Daisy and then Rafe tells him how hard he's been working to defend himself. Sitting down, Buzz tells him that Natalia is desperate and might do some things to get herself in trouble. Rafe begs him to get her to stop. Buzz is sure that Gus would want his son to step up and be a man. He has some hard decisions to make and he needs to keep his mother in mind.

As Natalia tries to drive off, her car breaks down. She runs into Towers and bumps into Matt. He offers to give her a lift. They drive over to the prison and she arrives just as Buzz is leaving. She gives him a hug and goes in to see her son. He tells her that God is still looking out for him. Outside of him, her faith is all she has, she says. She apologizes for not getting him another lawyer. He tells her to let it go. He'll take the deal. She begins to weep. He urges her to live her own life and trust him to make the right decision. "Making the right decision may not be easy but it's right," he says. In tears, she agrees to go along with his plan.

How's Your Head?

At Company, Buzz watches Coop type. Coop apologizes for being scatterbrained lately but he's busy being a teacher by day and a student by night. It hasn't left him time to do much else. They discuss Olivia and drink beer. Buzz talks about how wild she was, but he doesn't miss it, though she does remind him of Jenna. He likes his life uncomplicated. He advises Coop to try getting into a little bit of trouble to liven his life up.

Grady walks into Company. Buzz tells him Daisy's not there. Grady tells 'Pops' that he's not looking for her. "Get outta here!" Buzz barks. Grady drinks out of a brown paper bag and argues with Buzz. Eventually, he leaves. Daisy comes in through the back with Alan. She tells Buzz that he doesn't want to talk about Gus, he just wants pizza. Buzz walks over and welcomes him. "Things feel different now," Alan says. He tells Buzz that Gus is dead and gone. Buzz tells him that they should think about how they want to be remembered and live according to that. Lizzie and Bill arrive as he tries to get up. He almost falls over. As he sits back down, Lizzie blows up at him for escaping.

Champagne Gives me Heartburn.

Olivia arrives at Company and orders some champagne. She needs to celebrate: She's the new face of Galaxy Hotels! He pops a cork. She giggles and they toast. "Champagne gives me heartburn," she says. He tells her that Natalia was trying to get a second mortgage.

Dinah arrives at Company. Buzz asks her what's wrong. "Why is everyone asking that today?" she asks. Ashlee arrives and asks what's wrong. Dinah shakes her head. They order food and Dinah tells Ashlee that nothing is wrong; she is just reinventing herself. They begin sorting through her bills and talking about the new teen task force. Ashlee thinks they should cover it. She lets it slip that Daisy and Marina are involved. Dinah's appalled by the whole idea and thinks that they should do a piece on Marina's bad judgment. "I've taken the high road with little miss Marina but I think there are some things that she shouldn't be allowed to get away with," Dinah decides.
