Josh and Reva run into Buzz outside of Bill's room. He asks her how she's doing and offers to attend to all of her needs. After he awkwardly babbles, he runs off. Reva goes in to see Bill alone. When she comes out, Josh is still waiting. She tells him everything she said to Bill and thanks him for letting her see him first. Josh says that he agrees with Jeffrey: Sick men and pregnant women shouldn't be left alone. He teases her about Jeffrey leaving her behind. She's defensive and tells him that her world doesn't revolve around him. He offers to avoid her while Jeffrey is away. She blows up and decides that she will move back home. He smiles as she storms off.
Buzz goes to see Marina at the station. She complains about Dinah's gift. Buzz jokes that she should break it. She already did and now she's worried that Mallet has run off after Dinah.
At Company, Natalia is finishing her shift and taking calls from The Beacon. Buzz tells her that she doesn't have to keep working for him if she is too busy and worries that Olivia is taking advantage of her. Natalia insists that is not the case.
Natalia goes to Company to pick up some supplies and food. Frank and Buzz tease her about who she might be having diner with. She tells them it's Olivia... and some people from Galaxy. "Just be yourself. Who wouldn't be charmed by that?" Frank smiles at her.
At Company, Buzz thanks Coop for filling in for the waitress who is off today. He cleans dishes and takes the baklava out of the oven. He complains about all of the work he's being asked to do. As he takes the trash out, he bumps into Beth. They share an awkward moment as she passes. Sitting at the bar, she catches up with Buzz about Lizzie and Bill. She's sure that when Bill wakes up everything will be alright. She sits in the corner to study. Ashlee arrives. Buzz runs over to hug her. They catch up and he asks her if she's been avoiding the place because of Coop. She claims she hasn't and explains that she's started dating someone else. Coop happens to be standing behind her when she says this. He sits down and she tells how she got to know her new beau and apologizes for not saying anything before. She asks him if he's dating anyone. Beth calls him over for ketchup. Afterwards, Coop tells Ashlee he is keeping himself busy. Seeing that Beth is writing a paper, she suggests that he help her out. He refuses. She walks him over to Beth and introduces him to her as her new mentor. Coop sits down with Beth and helps her out with her paper. She thanks him, calling him a genius. When he walks off, Ashlee and Buzz tease him, suggesting that Beth was flirting with him. He says they're being ridiculous and walks out. After he's gone, Ashlee worries if she upset Coop and asks Buzz if he's seeing anyone. "You're a tough act to follow," Buzz says.
Remy arrives at Company, fresh from finishing the M-CATs and tries to keep his family off his back while they eagerly await results. Christina brings Buzz the receipt for his charity donation. Remy walks by and they recognize each other. She's still worrying about how she did on her test. He admits that he's a little nervous, more for his family than himself. She notices that a man in the corner is waving at him. Remy feigns ignorance and hurriedly drags her away. They sit on the stairs and talk about how eager their parents are for the results and worry about how well they did. Cramming for this test has been her life. He admits that he barely studied and doubts he did well. When he doesn't seem to care, she's disgusted by his attitude and walks away.
Olivia goes to see Buzz and explains the deal that Natalia was offered. She understands why she is so upset, but she can't see why she is so ensnared in the past. Being bound to that house will take years off of her life, she suggests. "So you just want her to think like you do?" Buzz asks. Olivia has looked for a way to honor Gus too and Rick told her the best way to do that was to look after herself.
At Company, Buzz encourages Alan to be happy that he got Lizzie back. Alan's more worried that she has been losing opportunities to assert herself and isn't coming across as a businesswoman but more like a lovelorn teenager. Bill may have saved her life, but he's botched so much else that she is really alive in spite of Bill. Buzz suggests that Alan is just upset because he's no longer the most important man in Lizzie's life.
At Company, Buzz spots Daisy in her 'ask me what's wrong pose' and asks her what's wrong. She tries to talk but she can't; she's sick of talking about herself and asks him about Lillian. Daisy can't wait until she is old and has fewer problems and less drama. As Buzz leaves to get her some food, Chip shows up. He used to have classes with her. They catch up and he asks her out, promising 'no drama'. After Chip leaves, Buzz asks Daisy if she gave him her 'digits'. She wonders if this was a set up; boys randomly asking her out is too random to be for real. Buzz tells her it's sad she thinks that way.
Dinah meets with Rick at Company, desperate for a way to help her brother. He promises that they are doing everything they can. She asks them to try harder. "Bill doesn't like to sleep too much," she says. He advises her to sit with him, pray and talk to him. She doubts her prayers count for much now. When Dinah walks out, she bumps into Marina. She asks after Bill but Dinah just walks off. Buzz comes out. "She's worried about her brother... but I still want to kill her... I'm going to Hell," she says. "Hell? You need a sandwich to go?" Buzz asks. She follows him into the kitchen and complains about Mallet, wishing he would understand how much Dinah bothers her. After telling him that she doesn't want to eat, she pours half a bottle of ketchup on a plate of fries and continues to complain. Buzz suggests that Mallet may not be ready for a relationship. She claims otherwise, sure that he has a good heart and has been good to her like no other man she's had. She thanks him for all of his kind words and walks out.
