I saw it and it made me sad. They play James Blunt "Good-bye My Lover" in the backgroud. It is truly gut wrenching.

OMG I watched it and I am not looking forward to it when they air it. I know I will bawl...

I am so upset Tammy is dying. It is gut wrenching. What a beautiful love Jon and Tammy had together. I just wish Tammy would recover and she, Jon, baby Sarah would move away from Springfield. I just can't stand to see her dying. I hope Tammy/Stephanie has a real good reason for leaving. The same for Jonathan/Tom. Sometimes I can't watch these emotional scenes cause I get too emotional, yet I can't not watch the show. I am hooked on GL and the actors that play the characters deserve Oscars.

Well, that's the first time I've ever cried watching a promo. God, I'm such a sap.
