I'm sure it's been said a billion times however, it needs to be said again. I am so sad to see him go. This may be a bold statement but I honestly think he had the makings to be the next Roger Thorpe. I mean think about it. Who actually liked Jonathan when he came? I know I couldn't stand him. I don't know what happened but he won me over big time. It wasn't like he turned into some nice guy and things changed. He was always a bad boy. You just grew to love him. That's a sign of a great actor. |

I agree. He and Dinah did have great chemistry. Of course they did, because they actually dated in real life!! Not just scenes on the soap. They were a hot item at one time! |

ya that would be great to see him and dinah together.but now he is leaving the show. are they going to have him die off this month or is it just tammy that dies |

To me Jonathan is best with Reva. They seem truly comfortable with each other. I also hate to see him to. I have grown to hate Tammy the way she is now. I feel that Jonathan married Lizzy, so he should be with Lizzy. He is Tammy's cousin, and nothing changes that. Never did, never will. And the new Cassie, I despise her also. Nichole Forester is not a bad actress. She's just not Cassie, ie., Laura Wright. |

In my mind, he became a charming but flawed man you couldn't help but like (even when he was clearly in the wrong). And that smile! It just lights up a room.  I will miss this Jonathan, because I sincerely doubt that any other actor could duplicate the unrestrained joy of that laugh, nor the subtle way of making Jon seem both villainous and sympathetic at the same time. |

Cardinal how beautifully said. If they decide to recast, it would never be the same, in my opinion. Tom is Jon. He made him, and no other actor could fill his shoes. |

I think Tom is wonderful too but I do think that he can be replaced. If they got the right actor then it could be done. |

I wished Tom wasnt leaving too, he will be missed. I love his laugh, it makes me LOL.When he and the Spauldings would get together when he and Lizzie were first married, he was a trip, especially with Alex. |
