Guiding Light - MESSAGE BOARDS

I went on youtube and saw a bunch of old clips of the good old guiding light. Christmas episodes...Ross/Blakes wedding...Reva and the old Cassie.... it made me nostalgic. I've been a fan since I was 10 (20 years now), I'm trying to hang on to this new format, but I'm just not too sure yet!

Thanks Kim - I'm going to you tube to check this out, I'd love to see some of the old stories, the new ones are horrible and so is the format.

I watched old stories of Reva & Josh, the Bauer BB-Que with Josh & Reva, Henry & HB, Phillip & Rick when they were young, and wonderful scenes of Holly & Roger.
If you have only been watching 10 yrs. you probably don't remember some of these characters but I've been watching close to 50 hrs and for me, it was a thrill watching the old scenes. You've made a 66 yr old Grandmother very happy and I thank you for that. It was wonderful - the GL of old was nothing like they try to pass off on us Long Time Soap fans now.
I wish you could have seen how truly wonderful and suspenseful GL was. Bless your heart for making this long time fan happy.

I have been loving the light for over 60 years, and I am hoping the GL grows brighter each day. Let's keep the faith! I, too loved seeing all the old clips on youtube. Such great and wonderful stories that we all shared together. It was like watching family members happy and sad times. We, are all holding our breaths that the GL stays on and lives another 70 more years.

I would like nothing better than to have GL regain the prominence the show used to have. I still watch the show and keep hoping for improvement, but I love to go to You Tube now (Kim got me hooked) and see the wonderful past years episodes. It makes me nostalgic.

I love to go to YouTube and watch past episodes. But I haven't done it much lately because I find myself even angrier at GL for it being the way it is now. GL used to be so punchy and suspenseful. I miss the excitement so much. I love seeing the old episodes and remembering how it used to be. But it just makes our new GL even worse.

I love watching GL on youtube,but it is so sad to compare the old GL with the new GL.Hey there is a lot of new,old episodes about when Reva finds Cassie,a lot of Annie too.
