Guiding Light - MESSAGE BOARDS

Well, so you went to the private cast party at KD? In the first place I didn't have "Kids" there. I had an 18 year high school graduate that Tom had called me and asked if I could bring to KD so he could meet her and a co-worker friend of mine. You keep saying I am GT fan, Gina is a friend of mine and so is Stephanie. I have never said they were not close, just that his friend that he called in NYC, asked how he and Steph werebcause they are in L.A. and she is in N.Y.C. He told her what I told the board and the next night I asked him the same question and that's what he answered. Tom took my student on all of the rides except one that John Driscoll took her on. The rest of the time she stayed with Tom. I cannot decide why you think you know so much about my friendship with any of the GL actors, but I suggest that you identify yourself with a real name and meet me in NYC next fall and you can follow me around and see just what the actors think of me. For a new poster you sure seem to want to pick a fight with me and I'm not interested. My relationships with the actors is real and I am not treated like a fan. It's a fact and you can believe it or not.

You what, I getting tired of this back and forth. Let's get back to the GL weekend. A poster on soapcentral board posted that GL banned it's actors from Ricky and Beth's event. If this is not the most petty thing, I have ever heard of. It makes me so angry since both of those actors gave some much to that show and to be treated that way. Guiding Light (Ellen Wheeler and the producers) should be ashamed of themselves.

I am appalled at the way people are tearing apart Pelphrey Posse statements. Why would she lie about Tom and Steph? She never even brought that info up until someone asked her specifically if they were still together or not. If anyone was going to make something up it would hardly be something like that which could potentially be verified. Get over yourselves. I spent the evening with PP. I can tell you that in no way was she treated like a regular fan. I have met a couple different primetime stars as a fan and I certainly didn't receive the treatment PP got. Tom was very polite and wonderful to each of the people thre that night. However, the relationship with PP was very different. The same can be said for her interactions with Marcy and Jessica. Anyways, I can vouch for everything Pelphrey Posse has said. She is an amazing kind woman who has absolutely nothing to gain by making things up. She has only conveyed information to you for your enjoyment, not so you can crucify her.

Thanks D. and A. also. I'm not going to keep defending myself any longer and no, Crystal did not attend any of the events of G.L. because she is no longer on the show. He called her to tell her he was coming into NYC and wanted to get together with her and she explained she was not going to be there the next day. She asked about him and Steph and you know the rest. I'm done, either you believe me or you don't, either way I'm through with this. I thought you posters would be interested in a close up view, I didn't post to put up with this from folks who don't even know the actors personally.

Don't let 2 or 3 doubting Dora's stop you from posting the actor news. Most of us like to hear it and appreciate that you take the time to let us in on it.

I also think that it is crazy for you to have to defend yourself.They can take what every you say , and believe it or not, but to be so rude is getting really old.

I have no problem believing that Eileen knows all these actors the only problem I have is I wonder how they would feel if they know she was sharing their personal information with everyone on the board. Everyone knows that Tom and Stephanie were very very private about their relationship and I don't think they would appreciate a good friend of theirs talking about them. I'm just saying.

Honestly I would have just answered the question that I have no idea if they are still a couple and leave it at that, people are going to draw their own conclusions anyway.
