I would love it to be Josh's but I think Reva is too old and has gone through menopause and chemo so there is about zero chance she is pregnant.

Reva is 53 years old. To have a s/l that she is pregnant is totally asinine.

Reva's perimenopausal state caused her to have a delayed ovulatory response...one final egg has been triggered and Jeffrey is the lucky guy to fertilize it.
Actually, my aunt was 53 & thought she was in menopause, but 9 months later I had a new cousin! Reva's case is a little different though because my aunt never had cancer. Reva's situation is way more complicated, I wish her luck though.
