Carmen is still in comatose in Cedars after she hit her head. She was trying to kill Michelle and Bill Lewis jumped on her and she hit her head in the struggle.

I think Carmen is dead...but they never found her body, just some ashes. Also, Will Jeffries was a priest who turned bad after Sony/Solita slept with him. They decided to go after Josh. Will was the one who kept Josh from knowing that Marah was his legitimate child.

Personally, I think Philip and Roger are running neck in neck for the title of 'Greatest Villian of Springfield'.

He was killed on Halloween Eve, 1989, when he accidentally went over the railing, of the balcony of his and Mindy Lewis Corday Jeffries's honeymoon suite at the Cliff Hotel when he tried to kill Mindy by pushing her off the railing and was shot at by Rusty Shayne.

As for Carmen Santos:
She planned to kidnap Robbie, kill Michelle, and flee, never to be found. On New Year's Eve she cornered Michelle alone at the Bauer home. Her plan nearly succeeded, but Bill Lewis entered the home, snuck up on Carmen, and jumped her. During the struggle for the gun, Carmen hit her head on the floor. Suffering from severe blood loss, she lapsed into a coma, and was taken to Cedars, where she remains, still comatose.

Will they ever bring Roger back?
