Guiding Light - MESSAGE BOARDS

I must say, todays show (12/27) with Ava and Coop was probably one of the most boring that I have watched. I can only hope that 2007 will bring better storylines. Everyone this past year has not been the best. I have been reading others story ideas, I think all of you could do a better job! I have been a long time fan, but these last stories are just not up to the par they should be, please give us back the Bauers , Reardons. i would love to see Nola, Phillip,return. Whats happened to the Blogger storyline? Blake is still in limbo. I do miss the old days. well thanks for listening.

i like it because it allows you to focus on one main person for that show.

you have that right it was boring. they need to bring it up to par. the old characters that left the show should be brought back into the story line. nola was a favorite of mine and the drama between the two cousins is really boring. wish they brought philip back into the story line and michelle and danny. get the show back in order make it interesting this story with ava is really boring.

Well, in my personal opinion, Ava is not a strong actress so to devote an entire show to her was a poor judgement call by the director. All this fake drama of her being so upset over Jeffery and Olivia is getting old. Good grief, she had a mother who loved her. Who cares who her birth parents are? I sure don't. I am not a fan of Ava's to begin with so this entire s/l is really grating on my last nerve.

The show today was confusing. At first I thought they had put on episodes out of sequence, because I had already seen Ava getting the call from Alan Michael at the airport. It took me awhile to realize they were jumping back and forth in time.
I am really so over these Wednesday shows. I tape the show so most of the time I can fast forward through much of the Wednesday show because it doesn't advance the story line any. Today wasn't so bad, but some of them have been awful.

I don't like the Weds. shows at all - doesn't matter who it is on. I look forward to the story lines and hate the break. I did like the song at the end of the show - anyone know who sang it. Jean

i have noticed that the show has lost ratings after the original cassie and ross left the show.kinda sad that they left and now all we watch is the kissing cousins and ava crying all the time over her parents or josh having a love affair with the new cassie

Hope is Alan-Michael's mother. I liked the show today but some of the characters can't an hour show.

You are right Hope was her name, thanks for reminding me. I would like to see them bring her back that would shake Beth up some.

You know what, I disagree with almost everything. Most of the time I don't like the ITL shows, like I HATE Harley's and Dinah's all the time. But I think Ava's show was a really good one. I have to say that I enjoyed it and I was cheering for her. I like this storyline and I like her too.

I like her, she is a young girl and she should be unsure of what she wants. I mean at that age that's what she should be doing, not striking up families and affairs like Tammy, Jon, and Lizzie.
