that Alan and Beth will ever get back together? I think Beth still loves Alan but is just with Rick because she thinks the baby is his. Alan treats Beth like a child imo, I wish that Philip would come back and swoop Beth away.

I am not sure how I feel. I thought that I would love to have Beth and Rick togehter but is kind of boring. Although they really are never on anymore.
I am not into the Philip thing anymore...I never got the connection between Beth and him.
As for beth and Alan...maybe they can find love in each other for htere child's dake...if that ever comes out....

Beth was with Alan for the power. It was never about love. I don't think either of them ever really loved each other. They were just comfortable together. Beth basically grew up with Alan. He has always been a part of her life ever since she first came on the show. I think she has a bond with him and will eventually end up with him (especially when she finds out about the baby and that Rick knew the truth and never told her!). Rick loves Beth, but Beth does not love him. She will start missing the power, the greed, the control that she had with Alan. Being a mousy doctors wife is not in Beth. She want's control!

Alan is just Beth's Sugar Daddy, Philip is her first love & she belongs with him. Beth was always so sweet until Alan entered the picture. I liked Beth more as the victim than the victimizer. Beth was acting super crazy while she was holding Alan & Gus hostage in that cabin. She was trying to be so evil with them. To me, it was comical to see her like that, it was so out of character for Beth.JMO

Beth needs a Phillip back into her life. Want to bring up the ratings, recast the character Phillip. Alan, needs a son back in his lfe. Phillip, stood up against Alan, and this will bring the strength back into the story. Even though many posters won't remember A.G. they will embrace the new actor, just like all the old Phillip fans did in the past. Beth, needs the love of her life back into town. This will awake Rick again too. We need Phillip!!!!
