I absolutley, unequivicably, haved LOVED Robert Newman and his role of JOSH, for years and years. Robert Newman, is an excellent actor, I just wish the writers, would give him a script worth participating in. The pastor thing sucks. If I were to have cast him in that role, it would have been ENTIRELY different....but anyway, I wish that the building WOULD collapse on him and that he would have memory loss/personality change,because of it. Now I KNOW that this involves his memory, a storyline CLOSE to that of Dinahs, B-U-T, Dinah has a different sort of injury/NOT THE SAME, and Josh could then, have a total personality change, because of the accident and possibly become a more exciting character. Josh is soooo strong and intelligent and handsome, a very buff and SEXY MAN....I would like to see him turn a bit dark AND SELFISH....the absolute opposite of what Josh, has EVER been allowed to be It would make for great entertainment AND Guiding Lights ratings would take off like a rocket

p.s. I felt such guilt, posting on the 'Jeffrey or Josh, which is your favorite thread', that I just HAD to make this thread about Josh. I truly respect and appreciate Robert Newman and felt deeply compelled to post this thread.

I posted a thread called sept.10 *SPOILERS* if you read that thread it says that Josh will________Billy for...(spoiler). But my point is that I don't think that Josh will lose his memory of ministry. I think that he will remember everything and will still love Cassie (UNFORTUNATLY). But if he were to loose his memory I really wish that he would loose his memory of the last few years, but still remember loving Reva. So when he wakes up in the hospital he asks for his wife. Cassie comes and starts to lean in ti kiss him. And Josh pulls back and says the shocking words "Cassie what the HE** are you doing!!!" And will ask her to get REVA his WIFE!!!!!
And since they (JEVA) are still married they won't have to get married a 10th time.
Wouldn't that be perfect?

PS. Don't worry about the Josh/Jeff thread. I'm sure nobody minded.

I just posted something similar, that Josh will be unconscious when the building collapses and the writers will use that old cliche of Josh calling out Reva's name when Cassie trys to wake him up.

I don't think he is going to lose his mind, but seeing that Billy is cutting corners with the company may just bring Josh back to the company and away from his studies. Of course, Bill jr is coming back too, so I guess he will also help out in the company.
