I still have to add Carmen to this list,Also Danny was no saint.But IMO Roger was the best villain ever to hit s/f.

Sandra, yes Carmen was an evil woman, but, she had her people do her dirty work for her. Roger, did all of his own evil deeds. He was the master! There wasn't anything Roger would not think and do himself....
