Edmund Winslow

Roger Thorpe! He always had the coolest apartment and married the prettiest and most powerful women. When he'd put on his black leather jacket, it was always exciting because he was about to do something nefarious.

He wasn't evil though. Cool, but not evil.

Roger, not evil? In my opinion, he was the most evil man in Springfield. Alan doesn't hold a candle to the evil deeds that Roger preformed. He was amazing. Kidnapping, blackmailing, embezzling money, faking his death (several times), 3 different aliases, faking amnesia, I mean, the list goes on and on. Does anyone remember when he took the nude pics of Reva to blackmail Billy? Or when the 5th Street Fire occured which caused the death of Pops Cooper (Roger was involved with that!). He was pure evil, but boy did I love that man!!!!

To me, no one holds a candle to good old Eddie, not only did he out right try to murder people, he locked two broads in a tower, and even gave his wife's embryo to the very chick that killed her baby daddy while she was trying to kill her.

Oh, not to mention that he enduced Michelle's labor, delivered her baby while she was unconcious, stole the baby and set her car on fire and left her to possibly burn a live.

He's done more but that was just a start.

Edmund is the most EVIL thing ever! I love him

Yeah, Edmund's evil deeds were a lot more sick than Roger's, that's for sure. I guess because Roger was on for so many years that he was able to rack up more evil deeds than Edmund, that's why I see him as the "greatest villian". But Edmund was evil and if GL would hire him back, he could give Roger a run for the number of evil deeds! BRING BACK EDMUND PERMANENTLY PLEASE!

Roger is the first evil doer to come to my mind, I thought he was pretty bad. I guess as evil goes his evilness was less diabolical than Edmunds. They were both bad guys, gotta love that in Daytime!

I would have to agree with you Rodger comes first to my mind. However I still feel Alan Spaulding holds the highest rank in this department. He will never let us down on being a great Villian!!!!!!!!!!

Edmund, I've only been watching for about 7 years, so Edmund is my pick. Baby stealing, kidnapping, attempted murder....shall I go on?

umm...i have to say alan. i'm not really old enough to remember roger or any of the other older characters. but alan definately is a force to be reckoned with. i do have to admit that its not all bad in my eyes. when alan messes with characters i don't particularly care for, i rather enjoy it. i'm not a rick bauer fan at the moment so i am rooting for alan all the way in that case. but i have to say since i began watching alan is the greatest villian. the show wouldn't be the same without him. every soap needs a character that you love to hate!
