I cannot stand this any more. I am not anti-religion, but enough. I’m a bit late because I tivo the show, I just watched Wednesday’s epi, and I hate it. The “retreat” the “prayer circle” enough!!!!!! I have tried not to get to vocal about this, but it is now too much. Am I alone?

I think it would be okay about the retreat thing for anybody but Josh. I just don't get it. He is not pastor material. I mean, he's a good guy and all that, but that should not be his future to be a Pastor. That is just my thoughts about it. You remember Father Ray? That's what we know him as, Father Ray. I don't think anyone had a problem with Father Ray. But, Pastor Lewis, or Pastor Josh, just don't get it.

I personally do not mind the religion because I belive in god and see nothing wrong with the whole prayer circle thing. So I don't mind but I am pretty sure that you are not alone on this. I think that some of the non-religiouse viewers feel a little pressure of feel a little over whelemed (may not be the right choice of words) because of the prayer circles and the whole Rev. Josh S/L.

The Josh being a Minister s/l is very funny to the point of being sickening. I did however, like the "circle" I thought that was hysterical. I hope I don't insult anyone however, I think Josh's behavior is similar to several of todays "men of the cloth". He is clearly preaching one thing and living another type of life style i.e: living in sin with Cassie. I believe in God too, however church is another story that I REFUSE to go into.

I guess i hate the fact that josh is becoming a minister and says that Cassie is the one that helped with this! I meancome on GL this story sucks more than the other crap they call storylines!

Like they say...there are two things that should never be talked about at parties....politics and religion...JOsh is not what I call minister material. I can understand the story that he left for a retreat...we all know it was his summer vacation and the writers were stuck on how to have him leave since he was already in prison. (which is usually the story line). Wellm, maybe he'll come back with a ministress and there will be a new story line..Josh and the new babe???

I feel that when Josh returns back to SF, he will have had the realization that he is not meant to be a preacher man. The writers will have changed their minds with this storyline. When he does come back and finds out Jeffrey is living with Reva in Cross Creek Cabin, this will have him reeling in anger. He will try to woo Reva back into his life. Cassie, will have another major problem in her life by then. He will see that her life is one big mess,and try to get Reva back to him. Oh, to dream...just might happen, though....

Occasionally I do get tired of it but being a guy like myself with little religion, it can be somewhat refreshing. I do see where you are coming from.
