I would love to see Grant Alexander return as Philip.

Grant Aleksander is a lost cause. Let the diva sulk and whine about his "poor treatment" until the cows come home. We need a viable recast. STAT!

They let him go. I wouldn't come back either.

It's never been clear. This is a definite case of "he said/she said." But his loud and vehement vitriol has turned me off and has me siding with the show. Who knows who is right? But the pivotal character of Phillip should not be held hostage by the diva-like antics of one actor, regardless of how good that actor is. He should be grateful to have the blessings that have been given to him and to have a once-in-a-lifetime character to call his very own. Most actors would kill for his privileged situation.

Actors are a dime a dozen. Let's get crackin' on a recast. I'm disgusted, if you didn't notice.

YES!!! I want Philip back, re-cast or not. I prefer GA, but to have one of the most interesting characters gone for this long is a dis-service to the show.

We need Phillip back, stat! Code blue!!! Since Grant won't be coming back, don't beg him, we need a new recast. Phillip, could change the whole scenerio of the story. He won't like Rick with Beth. He might be able to control Alan. His daughter needs a father. Olivia, will be ticked off and this will make me happy. Bring him back to us.

I would like the character of Philip to come back. I didn't know that Grant was let go. I always liked his acting ,so natural. Anyway who ever they cast I think it would bring some spice to the show, it sure needs something.

It would be very wise for Phillip to return.It would open up doors to so many Sl.I think the ratings would go up.

i would like to see phillip return, and i wouldn't mind a recast (Gina Tognoni's dinah is great and Marcy Rylan's lizzie is perfect - not a big fan of Nicole Forrester's cassie though). i say bring him back...but not as the crazy guy he was when he left but the old phillip would be great.
