Guiding Light - MESSAGE BOARDS

I don't know if this topic is allowed or if you guys would be interested but, I thought that I would give it a try.
I thought that since you all have such GREAT ideas about possible storylines that we would creat our own version of GL. Hence, the name "Guiding Light (Fiction)"
Make a storyline of what you would like to see (can be as long or as short as you want). So when one person makes up their own storyline you pretend that that is the "current S/L" and write one following that one (which can somehow be connected to a different story line involving other characters or new characters), or make up a different one not following the one before...


I'll start.

After hearing Aln call him "Phillip" Rafe starts to do a little snooping. He looks up old photos, newspapers, and asks around a little bit. After a few months He finds himself in Alans office. When opening a photo album marked "Memories" a small gold key falls out. Rafe curiously looks at it and wonders what it could unlock. When finally figuring out that the key unlocks alans desk he opens it. A new picture of Phillip catches his eye and he slowly pics it up. "This looks like such a current picture..." He thinks to himself. When accidentally dropping the picture he sees that the back of the picture is dated "September 2007". "This was taken a few months back." He thinks again.
What happenes next?

Rafe continues to Snoop around and finds a letter from Phillip to Alan. The letter tells where Phillip really is and what he is up to. Rafe knows that he has discovered very dangerous information, but doesn't know what to do with it. He looks for the one person he can trust, but who will it be? Not anyone we would expect!

Rafe comes to LEAH (aged 2 years) for help. They read the letter together and descide to go to the adress listed. When getting there, they see Phillip standing at the front door saying "Dad? Is that you?". Both stand in shock, as Phillip realizes that it wasn't Alan that just entered.
What happenes next?

Phillip kidnaps the two of them. With demands to be set free, he contacts Harley and Alan. Harley and Alan have to team up and work together to?????????????????????????

to free Rafe withought actually freeing Phillip. Harley can't forgive him for what he did and fears that he will kidnap Zach if he is set free. Alan just wants to keep this a secret from as many people as possible. Phillip later finds out the neither of them are planning on letting him go free.

Philip gets so worked up and stressed out that he unintentionally winds up with a stomach ulcer. in need of medical attention he secretly contacts good old Dr. Rick who after careful consideration decides to help out his childhood friend. Rick takes off his jacket accidently dropping a picture of his future child. When Philip sees the sonagram picture of the Beth's baby; Philip's face turns red with fury...not only did he have a baby with Harley but now Beth too. in a fit of rage, Philip attacks Rick. in desperation Rick admits that the baby is Alan's only to look up and see the Spaulding patriarch standing in the doorway...(to be continued)

All of them stand in the door way in complete shock. In the meen time Rafe and Leah are locked in a seperate room, not knowing what is happening in the other room. Leah is crying. Rafe swears to her that since he got her into this mess he will protect her, keep her safe and get her out of here.(to be continued.)

Meanwhile in the other room Alan regains his breath and goes after Rick. He attacks him and starts choking him, shaking his whole body from the hands around his neck. This goes on for minutes til Phillip finally comes out of the shock and tries to stop his father. He is yelling, "Dad you have to stop you are going to kill him!"
Alan says, "He deserves to die! He cost me the only woman I have ever loved."

Phillip falls into a fit of rage. He realizes that the woman his father is talking about is BETH! The love of HIS life. Phillip gets so angry that he pushes Alan of Rick and Alan hits his head on a nearby board and falls unconciouse.

After checking the body for a pulse, Rick looks to Philip with a ghost white face and says "he's gone". Philip and Rick quickly come up with a plan to get rid of the body. Rick eagerly volunteers to get rid of the body by himself because Philip is too hysterical over the death of his father. Rick quickly rolls the body in the fancy rug that covered the floor of the living room. he stuffed the body into the trunk of his car and quickly drive off. still panicing and a bit crazy Rick knows he is in trouble. this is when Alan opens his eyes...Rick had lied to Philip. Alan was still alive, but not for long in Rick's mind. he was going to finish the job and let Philip believe he had accidently killed his father. Rick pulled his car over, and grabbed the largest rock he could find, ready to bash alan with it...but as Rick opened the trunk...(to be continued)

Rafe holds a frightened Leah's hand, as he drives the car he had just stolen from the house next store. still dazed the last ten minutes had been a blur for rafe. thank god he had spent so much time with Aunt Alex's new hubby Cyrus. Rafe had learned a lot in the few short weeks he had lived in the same house with one of the world's best criminals. Rafe was able to break out of the locked room and out of the house undetected with Leah. Rafe had also learned how to break in and hot wire a car from his old days in Chicago. He wanted to call Natalia because the boy knew how worried his mom got when he was missing...but as he reached for his phone it started to ring. and the voice on the other end of the line shocked him, it was....(to be continued)

In the meen time...Alan and Rick wrestal as Phillip histeracly realizes that his father is alive. Beth is scared to death for her husband. Beth tries to stop them before some one gets hurt. Phillip tries to pull the 2 of them apart. Soon the the fight continues between Phillip and Alan. Phillip screams out, "She's the love of my life, Dad. How could you marry my WIFE!?"
Rick's first intention is to pund both Alan and Phillip, but as he looks over at Beth with tears rolling down her face, he tries to stop the fight in fear that Beth might loose the baby.
The 3 get too close to the edge of the cliff, and you hear Beth scream, "NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!" Beth is scared for their life, but as she falls to the ground to try and save them she sees a puddle of blood...(to be continued.)

the phone call Rafe had recieved was from beth...she needed his help to stop Alan. Rafe quickly spun the car around and raced over to try and save his grandfather. Leah meanwhile was scared out of her mind...she opened the glove compartment and thats when the pistol fell out. Rafe didn't notice it and Leah quickly picked it up and hid it so Rafe wouldn't see. Arriving at the cliff, Rafe threw the car in park and jumped out to see if he could help. Leah on the other hand only wanted to help one person...Rick. she grabbed for the gun and pointed it at Philip whom she blamed for this whole mess. She fired the gun. she only heard the gunshot and the sound of beth's scream. Leah couldn't move, she was so scared. Beth rushed over to the lifeless body of...(to be continued)

Rafe!
(Previously) Rafe saw that she wanted to shoot to save her dad. Rafe didn't want anyone to get hurt and most of all just wanted this to be over. Rafe rushed over to stop her before she would do anything that she would regret but it all happened so fast and Leah ended up shooting Rafe!
Leah is scared to death. All the while thinking, "I can't belive I just shot him. He spent the last few weeks only trying to protect me, and this is how I repay him!?" As much as she would like to she can't get her self to move.
She watches as Beth takes off her jacket and puts it over Rafes gunshot wound. Rick rushes over. He feels Rafe's pulse and in a sigh of relif says "He's alive. But not for long. He won't stop bleeding. He has lost a lot of blood. I am certain that he will die if we can't get him to a hospital. FAST!"
