Quote gutsyangel:
Quote Delonjo: Alan made a point about that to Rafe recently. He said something resembling:

The Coopers ruin everything for themselves and then blame the Spauldings.

That's in Allan's head. According to him the Spauldings can do no harm. Even though he shot Phillip, kept Gus injured in the cabin, had Tammy run over by a car...need I go on. It's Allan who ruins everything including the Cooper's lives and they (actually Allan)needs to be blamed.

Even a broken clock is right twice a day. The Coopers need to get off their high horses.

He didn't have Tammy run over! It's not his fault she flung herself in the way. He was aiming for Jonathan.

Coop threw Alan Michael over a bridge, but that's all water under the bridge.

And Ashlee shooting Alan was just as much an accident as Alan shooting Phillip- except that he had more reason.

The point is Allan ordered that car to hit a target. It's a shame Tammy was there, but it's still Allan's fault.

Don't you think the Spaulding HIgh Horse is a lot taller than the Copper's Pony????

Ashley shot Allan on purpose, just like Allan shot Phillip. Yes, they both cried accidents afterwards, but the intention was there all along.

I think I got everyone who answered my quote. Please, if you think I'm wrong...let me know.

The Spauldings do not pretend to be something they are not. Everyone knows that they are a decrepit bunch of thugs in one way or another. We expect such behavior.

But the Coopers, at Harley's lead, convey that they are the noble alternative. Bah!

I prefer honest corruption (oxymoron?) to hypocrisy any day.

It wasn't a shame that Tammy got hit. She stopped, looked at the car NOT COMING FOR HER, and RAN in the WAY!! She did that herself. The word Tammy never squeaked thru Alan's mind. Tammy did that to herself on her own free will, noble as it was, it's still her fault.

For real. At least you know what your getting. Coop trying to be all honest and hero like. He's a damned fool. Buzz aint no better then Doris, she's honest at least. Marina, the cop that dates criminals, pulls her badge on her father, but undermines the law for her own pleasure, Frank- officer do right til he's done wrong, everybody done throw Harley under the bus so we all know what a shhh she is.

They're a-holes.

The only thing I disagree on with you is that Tammy is not at fault. She was saving Jonathan. The fault still lies with Allan. There would still be a Janathan and Tammy if ALLAN HAD NOT ordered the killing of Jonathan. And further fault goes to Lizzie for asking gramps for it. She wanted Sarah to herself.

I;m not disagreeing here either. The Coopers have done bad things too. Like Buzz running from his family when they were kids. But Doris is not honest. She'll do anything to get what she wants. She even makes up bogus crimes to put people she or Allan don't like in prison. But if the Coopers and the Spauldings actually went to prison for their crimes, the Cooper's would be out in 5 years and the Spaulding would be serving life without parole.

I guess that's why I like Alan. He's a genius at doing wrong, and you already know what he's about. No faking with him. Tammy was a fool (to say the least) for throwing herself in front of a moving car - how stupid? the Coopers, well they are all a bunch of hypocrites. At least Doris is up front with her sh**. And Coop always judging Ava, what about the criminal who was humping his leg? I hope Doris wipes the floor with Buzz. Harley is getting a little of my sympathy, but that won't last long. I don't know what to say about that child.

I know that's right!!!
I hope she knocks him out of the water too, but it doesn't look like that's gonna happen.

What I love about these message boards is that we can agree to disagree....this is what makes it so much fun.

This is why Olivia will always be my liege. Her being framed for attempted murder by the "do-gooders" only makes me worship harder and louder.
