I think it was Alan too at the mansion, because did you catch his reaction when he got to towers and asked where Harley was or something to that effect and he has his usual smile.

Here's the thing, even though she isn't all sugar and spice, Nat has never lied when Harley has asked her or accused her face to face (she may act coy about stuff, but she has never outright lied). Harley will confront Nat about the Valium, Nat will deny it and Harley will believe her.

Gus on the other hand will realize that Alan has been prescribed Valium because of his heart condition and will realize it was him his father who drugged his wife, which will be the last straw in Gus' book.

I think it was Alan too, and remember during that scene where you "saw" him do something with Harley's drink, Dylan was in the room too. Wasn't he taking something for the pain that he had received from the fight with Gus...I'm pretty sure that Alan took the pill from Dylan, unbeknownst to Dylan, and slipped it to Harley. Otherwise, if it wasn't Alan, it was Dylan. I don't think Nat or Rafe could do this, but I didn't think Ashley could shoot Alan either...so I could be wrong.
