what if rafe is not really gus's son?

I think he is,but i never say never in soapland,but i really do hope that Rafe is Gus's son.

They will probaby do that one down the line sometime. But for right now it is his kid.

We have to believe Nat on this one. This might be the only truth she will tell...

Natalia loves Rafe too much...I don't think she would ever lead him to believe anyone is his father unless he really is her father. She wouldn't hurt Rafe like that, she is very overprotective of him.JMO.

Have they ever had a DNA done? I can't remember. I can't imagine any man just taking another woman's word for it without one Especially after all these yrs.Plus like some of you said & I agree why didn't she look for Gus yrs ago if he is?

I don`t think they had a DNA test done. Natalia did explain why she didn`t look for Nick/Gus, but I can`t remember what the reason was.Maybe someone else can help to answer that question sorry?The answer might be that she thought he was dead not sure,don`t hold me to that.

I really think Rafe is Gus's son. They were only 17 when Rafe was born, and were really in love at the time Rafe was conceived.

I think Natalia had no way of knowing that Gus was still alive after he left Chicago. She was a child herself, so she probably didn't know how to go about finding him if he were alive.

After Rafe was born, I think it took all her time and energy just to keep them fed and with a roof over their heads - there was no extra money to go looking for Gus.

Regardless of your opinion of Natalia, you have to admire her for keeping her son and raising him by herself. It's obvious that she really, really loves Rafe.

Yes I believe she loves Rafe & would do anything for him,but I also think she uses him to a certain extent when it comes to Gus. For the life of me I can't understand why after all these years Gus believes her about Rafe being his son not to mention Harley I'm surprised she didn't insist on a DNA test.

Anything is possible in soapland. Maybe she says Gus is the father because she wants it to be true or maybe she is not sure who the father is. Maybe the real father is a total loser. Who knows for sure. But if he is not Gus' son what would Alan say to that????

It would sure make Harley's life a lot easier. Which I really hate. I think we need a break from her & her selfrighteous behaviour. I would like to even see Nat get prego by Gus again.
