Guiding Light - MESSAGE BOARDS

I liked to watch Josh & Reva; now he is with her sister! (I find apalling!) I enjoyed watching Johnathan and Tammie! Now they are gone; Tammie has died and Johnathan left town. Lizzie is one of my favorites...hardly no storyline and what she does have is very boring-which is so unlike her character! I loved Buzz and Olivia; history!!! Gus and Harley were a great couple; then along came innocent wide-eyed Natalia!!! I am having a difficult time staying awake during the hour that GL is on. I am finding it to be very, very boring! I am almost to the point of turning the station at the end of ATWT's every day. There has to be something more interesting on t.v. I love Reva; but I hate the storyline of Reva and Olivia at eachother's throats! And I know that Beth will end up going back to Allen! I like her with Rick. There is not one stable couple on this show. Gus and Harley used to be it; but the writers are even tearing them apart for puppy love! I am so close to not watching anymore. I used to love Guiding Light.

Sorry to hear you feel this way about the light. If you have such strong feeling against it, why not just turn it off. We, the fans will stick through it through thick or thin. Sorry, you have to leave us....

I agree i loved Jonathan and Tammy also but i had to get over it.I still love Reva always have and i always will.Lizzie's s/l is the best she has ever had IMO

Harley and Gus having trouble= Nothing new in soapland.
Josh and Cassie that is just a s/l nothing more nothing less.I still love them both.

I will agree about Natalia!!! the so called i don't run after married men Whatever.

But i think that GL is alot better then what it was three months ago.I think it will keep getting better.I'm just glad to see Billy with a s/l.I think him and Lizzie will have alot of hard times ahead of them and that should be good.Alan hates Billy and what away to get his blood to going again.As far as Beth and Rick i think they are boring and they need to split soon.JMO.But hang in there the show is coming around again and i just don't think i could give up my Light after 36 years.As long as it is on the air i'm a fan for life

I'm not convinced that you're bored with the show. On the contrary, from your words, I surmise that you simply disagree with 75-100% of storylines.

"Boring" is one word that can hardly describe the state of GL now. GL hasn't been this exciting in years. But I am down on some tactical aspects of presentation.

I think GL is much better than it was just a little while ago. Never was it boring. I didn't like the story lines a lot of times, and I just hated all the hoopla with Josh/Cassie, but the lines are getting much better.

I love the suspense that's happening with Gus and Harley, and am waiting for Daisy to get caught in her meanness, and the Reva/Jeffrey s/l.

I only watch GL and I have always thought soaps were boring from time to time, but I keep coming back and I LOVE the Jeffrey and Reva and Olivia storyline! That keeps me tuned in!

I watch all CBS soaps and feel they are all boring from time to time, so I just stay tuned til the next wave of war comes along. GL has the best cast, hands down (Olivia, Jeffrey, Reva, Cassie, etc...). I like them all though.

Absolutely. Best cast, hands down. I peek at other shows and wonder if they cast from the Spice Channel.

i agree with the first post it is a lil boring right now, but its just like the time when they got rid of all the santos's that was the reason i started watching this in the first place, so i'm sure it'll pick back up sometime soon, as far as ppl saying atwt is going down hill, i strongly disagree i think atwt is having some great S/L and its picking up quick IMO
