It was so sad to see Billy yesterday. He really needs help. He was drinking whatever he could find. I couldn't believe it when he drank from the flask of a stranger and from abandon glasses at a party!

When you are a drinker, you don't care where the next drink comes from! Billy, needs help again. I do love Billy, but dislike his weakness. He is self destructive, as are many others in SF. Olivia, Marina, Josh, etc. The whole town needs to sit down with Dr. Phil...Send them all to Dr. Phil's house!!!!
