I wish news conferences could be moved to 11:00 instead of during GL....I hope I can see the rest this afternoon.. |

We had a terrible thunderstorm here in Pittsburgh, Flooding everywhere, so the local station pre-emptied the GL. I would rather see our president, at least it is more informative. Once the rain was over, nothing more to do but clean up. Many fans here in the burgh were upset too. I will go to the web and watch it. Today was supposed to be a good episode. |

I am not too sure of this info to give you an answer. Just go to that site, maybe it runs all day. I haven't gone there yet. Maybe the other posters can help us with this question. Thanks for asking if I am alright. Everythingis well where I live. One house downthe road from me was hit by lightning and was completely destroyed. It can happen so quickly, a change in our lives, that is. Many roads and streets were badly flooded. We got 3 inches of rain in one hour, and are expecting more sstorms this afternoon. |

Glad to hear all is well with you, but I feel for your neighbours. We too were hit by lightning about 8 years ago. Thank God that it hit a cable wire. It blew out all our tv's, vcr's, phones and lamps. The house was okay, we had to get re-wired for both cable and phone. Insurance got us back to normal. But to loose a house....I don't know how I would have coped. My thoughts are to all who live with this experience. |

I hear ya. CBS can be the worse. Our local CBS will cut in for weather that is happening 100 miles away, drives me nuts. Although, since I live in Minnesota, the last week or so has been nothing but watching bridge collapse coverage, so I can certainly respect that. Anyway, to the question about watching on cbs.com. I usually go out there in the evening of the day I missed and it's always there. |

One last viewer that expresses her feelings for you, Mary. Storms of any kind can really recreate major issues. We had our share but we thank God we have our lives. Material items can be replaced. I live in the Midwest and we have had rain for the third consecutive day. The far end of our property looks like a lake. Water, water, where will it be in September, October, or even later. Back to the updates, I have tried to use the CBS.com and it never worked for me. I did see G/L one time at 1:30 a.m. Too late for me. |
