I haven't been posting too much over the summer, but I do enjoy catching up & reading everyone's opinions when I can.Things have been super busy with so much going on, some days I don't get on until 1 or 2 a.m. but love reading everyone's views. |

Delonjo, I too love to read your posts. You always make me laugh because you are such a man!!! You definitely have a unique way of looking at an episode seeing a scene completely backwards from most of us women. But it takes all opinions to get all sides of a situation. I never mind someone disagreeing with me if they don't get upset or mad or start getting personal. |

It's because of my appreciation for these 2 characters that I actually laugh when Delongo actually agrees with me on a subject, we usually don't but his postings normally make me laugh in a good way. yeah i guess people can really be critical of those two...ESPECSIALY harley...but personally i LOVE reva. i wouldn't say that harley is my fave but she's ok i don't hate her as much as most. Yeah actually i noticed that Delonjo and i also NEVER agree...if you look at our posts you'll see that we think COMPLETELY differently...but thas ok i respect his opinion. and yeah his postings can make me laugh too.

Hey merrymary, I relate with you. My grandmother was my Guiding Light partner and I miss that little short lady so much. She started me watching Guiding Light when I was a little girl about 40-45 years ago. Since she's no longer with me (in body) and no one else in my family are the Guiding Light junkies that she and I were. I was so excited when I found this message board! I now have alot of new friends to discuss the greatess soap opera on the tube! Thanks you guys |

After my mother passed away last year, I didn't have anyone to discuss the GL with each day. My mother and I were two of the biggest fans. We would watch the show together when I was over at her house. She would call me when she watched it alone, and we would talk endlessly about the show. She was my sounding board about the storylines...now I have so many new friends and foes to discuss the show with daily. I look forward to looking at the boards early in the morning. I like to catch up with the late and early morning posters. I yhank everyone that posts. I have made many new friends.  MaryP.S. I loved the soap Santa Barbara, too. I never understood why others didn't take to it. MerryMary sorry for ur lost.  However let me just say I get such a kick out of ur posts!I mean I could be having such a bad day,and reading ur posts you make me laugh and brighten up my day,Thank You!

I actually grew up on the show too. I was watching for about 40 years. I had stopped watching for a few years because it was painful at one point since I had no one to share it with. When I was living in Va years ago I was a day ahead of NY and I would call my mother and tell her what was happening. |
