Curiosity again, know it's hard work reading everyone's post.

I thought the push bad button would do the trick.

Anyway, I honor all of you, but can my question be answered?

I know you aren't asking me but I am so curious, what exactly are you asking, why are there so many moderators?

Did you push the bad post button and the offensive post was not edited or something?

Not sure what you mean by so many but I will try to answer this the best I can.
It is almost imposible for the editors to keep up with their job & read all the posts on this large board. So the mods are here to keep the posts from being offensive to anyone & ensure guildlines are followed, but we are also fellow posters just like you & love to post! We are also vol's & our hours probably cross over each others so @ times we may all be posting together & other times their may only be a few posting, I think it depends on everybodys schedule.

The reason for so many moderators is for what I recall when I filled out for the job is Chrissi was looking for at least four or so moderators pre soap board. She needs moderators who can come in at all times and read the post. Most of the moderators work and are not on all time, it is always good to have more to fill in the space when they are at work or not on the boards.

I on the other hand don't work, so I am able to moderator day and night. I love reading all the post and hearing what others have to say. I hate to have to remind others about the rules but it is my job. I try to be as friendly about it as I can. I must say please don't get your feelings hurt if a moderator edits your post. I have had mine edited a time or two even by Chrissi and that is bad, being that I am a moderator myself.
