We really need to keep posting on here or they will close this board down.
I cannot believe that in 4 more days I leave for NYC and the last GL fanclub gathering. I have been going to this thing for almost 20 years. It's going to be very sad and good at the same time, to see everyone and realize for a lot of the actors, this might be the last time I see them in person. I am going to the three SLS events and will keep on seeing that group through December and 3 on the soap cruise in January 2010 but it really is over in some respects. I am going to Bradley's concert, Beth's luncheon, the fanclub luncheon, Tom's playreading, and the bowling and having dinner with about three of them inbetween. It will be fast,and tiring but I am really looking forward to seeing them all together one more time.

PP, have fun in NYC and please let us know how it went. I seen a video clip of one of Bradly Cole's concert. I can't remember where it was or what he was singing, but he does a pretty good job. Then I seen a clip of him and Mandy Bruno. They were also pretty good together. We do need to keep posting here. To me this board is keeping us in touch with all of the friends that we have made.

I just got off the phone with John a few minutes ago and learned that Jeff Branson (Shayne) isn't going to be there for the GL weekend. He and his girlfriend just got moved out there to L.A. and I guess he just doesn't want to make the long trip back for the festivities. I was looking forward to seeing him again and now I guess I'll just have to wait for Pittsburgh instead. John is going to make it, however, just not for Bradley's concerts on Friday night.

What?!!! This is the 3rd time that Jeff isn't showing up for an event that he was scheduled to attend. He didn't show up for the POZ event in May and the softball game in June!

PelphreyPosse you are soooo lucky. Wish I could go!! Have a wonderful time and can't wait for your update when you return. Let everybody know how much they are missed.

I will, thanks. I plan on writing a day by day account of what I did and who I was with, those that don't care can just skip over it and for those who are interested, I'll list it all.

1ollie, give me your email address under your avitar, and I'll email you and when I get back I'll print up some of the best shots and send them to you. I just don't know how to forward pictures to a message board. I have a million of them over the 20 years I have been attending these things. Just name who you like and I'll do my best!

Oh, PelphreyPOsse, if you have any nice pics of Danny Cosgrove and/or Marcy RYlan, can you send some my way? Please? I understand, if you cant I still want to hear everything about your trip, though.

Do I have your email? If not, put it under your avitar and I'll email you. I have several good ones of both of them, a lot of her and a few of him. Marcy I know well, Daniel I have just met a couple of times, the last time being in her dressing room at the studio, and we discussed his coming to the luncheon, his name wasn't on the list, it is now. He will be at all 3 of the So Long Springfield events so I will try and take some good shots of him for you. She will not be at the luncheon or any of the SLP events. Her baby is due in three weeks and she is already moved out to L.A. I was going to a private party at the Emmys and she was there, but I went to another event instead.

I am getting excited now, only 2 more days and I leave. John (Driscoll x-Coop) called last night and was telling me he couldn't get into NYC until Saturday morning because of late taping on the set of Y & R on Friday, he will have to take the red eye flight, and he said that he simply couldn't wait to see everybody, he misses his friends from the show (GL) and couldn't wait to see me and some others. I feel the same way.

Well, I'm off to NYC and will report when I return on Monday night. Hope I will have some good stuff to tell you about what's going on with all of the actors from the show. Keep the board hopping while I'm away because I have to leave my laptop at home with my son so I'll be off for a few days. Have a good weekend, everyone. I leave at 7:30 a.m. and get into NYC about 10:30 a.m. starting out with dinner and several of them.
