SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!

Does anyone know the name of the song that played on the 9-8-09 episode of GL where Alan was talking to Phillip's grave in the cemetery?????

The lines talked about & repeated the line "but life can be so cruel" and played before that too begininng with Josh losing the balloons. The song itself sounded very "Paul Simon-esque".
