Guiding Light - MESSAGE BOARDS

I know what the story line wrote. I know that Edmund and Jeffrey are at each other's throats, but that doesn't make me happy with the ending. The writers could've written it so he didn't desert Reva and Colin. They could've written it so he shot and killed Edmund. Jeffrey's a good shot. They wrote some lame scenes where he missed. Not Jeffrey's style. I am so disappointed that not only did the writers put Reva with Josh, they actually left Jeffrey out altogether. Left us to figure out what happened. There are so many posts about maybe this happened, maybe that happened. Who knows what really happened?

I loved the way he loved Reva I loved the way he responded to her spontaneous enthusiasm. He had that "WTH" outlook and Reva loved it. Josh was not like that. I didn't want her back with him. I guess there is just too much history for my ending to survive. Still, I wanted it to end with Jeffrey. I still feel he devoted his life to saving Reva and their son.

So, it is over. Like finishing a book, reading the last page, and closing the cover, wishing it would never end. So many of us with such a void. At least we can post and share our sorrow. It's been a good ride. The tank is empty and I want a beer.
