Guiding Light - MESSAGE BOARDS

Well folks I am so sad to see my favorite soap end today. This is like losing your whole family in one day. This will really hit me Monday when 2pm central time comes around. I always planned my work break around GL. I have always tried to keep up with "Days of our Lives" too due to being an old "Another World" fan. I guess you could say when they rid of AW back in the late 90's I figured I better have two soaps from now on incase another one dies out. Well it happened now I only have "Days." I decided after todays "Guiding Light" I will stick with "Days" and no other. If "Days' gets the axe I will give up soaps all together. This is sad aint it? So darn sad. I ask you all kindly to watch "Days of our Lives." This soap is different from GL, but not a bad choice. I will have "Days" to fall on. I invite you all to join me. Thanks for all the wonderful times GL I love ya everyone and will always have a special place in my hard for this soap opera. I guess the old saying is true, nothing last forever. I found this to be so true today. May "Guilding Light" live on in our memories forever!!!!!! I feel for you all.

I'll be joining you...Days has been my 2nd soap for awhile. (Here it's on at 1pm and GL was on at 3pm) It's definitely different from GL, but I like it..And Days is getting one cast member from "home".
CBS isn't even in my channel line-up anymore!!! (My program guide shows price is right playing in GL's slot?)
